The rural house is located on a plot of 3 hectares, a short walk from the rural sanctuary of San Mauro and about 400 meters from the archaeological park of "Biru e concas" with the famous menhirs of 3,300 ac. The location, rich in meadows, woods and vineyards, is ideal for enjoying nature and archaeology, also with guided tours, traditional cuisine accompanied by excellent local wines.

The roof terrace has wonderful views of the village, mountains, and the sunset over the Mediterranean. Located in Baunei, Serafina's apartment is housed in an ancient stone building, recently renovated in accordance with architectural standards and using the materials of the ancient Baunesi houses. The apartment on the first floor has 1 bedroom, a private bathroom, a fully equipped living room kitchen, and a veranda from which you can admire a breathtaking view of the entire valley and mountains. A common room on the ground floor and an outdoor patio are also available for guest use.
