Val de Sos offers an ideal setting to discover the Pyrenees on foot, by bike, mountain bike, canyoning, rafting or by car for the less athletic!

Départs de randonnée immédiats dans les magnifiques forêts et sommets environnants. A proximité : cascades, lacs, marchés & villages pittoresques, gastronomie, cités médiévales, grottes préhistoriques...nous serons ravis de vous donner les meilleurs conseils pour votre séjour. Barn with magnificent views of the mountains

Located outside a small, quiet hamlet (altitude 800 metres) at the end of a winding road, the south-facing barn enjoys panoramic views of the mountains, and is surrounded by fields and woods - with no vis-à-vis! Entirely renovated using ecological materials, the gîte retains all the charm and authenticity of a Pyrenean dwelling, but with all the comfort of a purpose-built gite. The barn caters to everybody – couples, solos, families with children, and walkers with their four-legged friends.

Salamander Chalet

Geniet van de rust, het uitzicht en het comfort van dit stijlvolle chalet. Zeer geschikt als romantisch uitje of even bijkomen in de natuur met je gezin. Wij zitten op 650 meter hoogte, in een hete zomer is het altijd iets koeler dan in het dal en met een briesje, heel aangenaam. In de nacht koelt het meer af en is het lekker slapen. Een airco hebben wij niet nodig. Honden zijn welkom, € 15 per verblijf. Voor de winter is er een houtkachel. Wij leveren een kruiwagen met stookhout voor €15.

Rustic Riverside Retreat

Discover our Bedford lorry hidden away in the trees beside a river along a private track. located beside a river in the heart of Ariège in the French Pyrenees, a treasure trove of natural beauty, medieval history, and authentic rural charm. Located on the edge of the village it is possible to walk to a bakery and local shops in 30 minutes along a picturesque riverside path. This unique stay offers a blend of vintage charm and modern comfort.

Mountain cottage, panoramic view

Located at the top of the mountain pass in Ariége, at the start of many hikes and close to many family activities, this ideally located character cottage will allow you to stay in an idyllic and quiet setting. The Auberge de la Sapinière, located nearby, can accommodate you by reservation. Ideal accommodation for 4 people! You can of course be 6 max thanks to the sofa bed in the living room but of course the comfort will be less.

The Manor Cottage

Stay in the Cottage du Manoir near Lac de la Ganguise (Entire and air-conditioned accommodation). Enjoy the tranquility the environment has to offer 🍃 The accommodation is completely separate from our residence. You will find everything you need for your stay (kitchen, bathroom, outdoor areas...). A relaxing weekend or a week of exploring the area? Goueytes Dijous is a former equestrian farm located in a beautiful valley, easily accessible from the Ariège Pyrénées Regional Natural Park, where I welcome you to a mountain house. With its view of the peaks, surrounded by woods and meadows where a small stream flows, it is a great place to recharge and enjoy the pleasure of living in the heart of the secret and wild mountains of Ariège.

Gîte Col d'Ayens

Un très beau gîte de charme, rénover avec beaucoup de cœur et de goût. Le gite est a 12 minutes de St Girons et ses magasins situé sur le bord d'un hameau rural le Cap d erp , avec vues fabuleux sur les forêts vierges, la vallée, les collines et montagnes. Avec le Col d'Ayens a 2km a pieds ou 3km en voiture c'est un point de départ de rêve des randonneurs, traileurs et cyclistes VTT.
