Minimum age of the tenant: 35 years old. At the entrance to Douarnenez, a luxurious renovated villa will seduce you with stunning views of the bay. On the ground floor, kitchen with dining area, TV lounge, toilet and panoramic terrace. On the 1st floor, a shower room with sink and toilet, the Blue room, the Fuchsia room and a small office space. On the 2nd floor, a living room, small kitchen and dining area, shower room with toilet and the Yellow bedroom. Unforgettable moments in sight! An apartment is also for rent on the ground floor.

You can walk to the center of Douarnenez with all its shops, supermarket open from 7am to 9pm, the museum, ports, beaches… free parking next to the apartment, garage available for bicycles, and possibility to park in the garage. Please note, the garage is very small (see pictures).
