Nestled in the middle of the scrubland, the 12-person house rises discreetly among the holm oaks. You will have a pleasant stay surrounded by this raw and generous nature. The large living room with lounge and equipped kitchen opens onto 2 beautiful terraces. There are 4Bd, 2Ba and 2 WC. The house is in a hamlet 8 minutes by car from the village, where you will find all amenities. There is a pétanque court, badminton court and a non-regulation-size volleyball court.

A covered terrace, with electric barbecue (stored in the outdoor trunk with the sunbeds and the hanging rack) . Quiet in a village of 1000 inhabitants at an altitude of 230 meters, with a multi-service business (bread, grocery store, newspapers, meat, charcuterie, caterer, post office, tobacco...) between the vines and the scrubland in the heart of the Hérault.

Formerly a newly renovated priory, the farmhouse is surrounded by 2 hectares of parkland and vineyards. Bicentennial trees, a waterwheel, a pine forest and an orchard will charm you. Great place to recharge your batteries, come with family or friends or for a seminar. Our family lives on the property (Our house is at the north end of the building) the tenants live at the south end of the building. As a result, parties and (loud) music are forbidden.
