We stayed in Nicolas and Elisabeth's apartment for the second time and felt very comfortable again. The location of the apartment is very good, quiet, close to the center, the train station and the bus stop. The apartment is cozy, well equipped and the views from the balconies are very nice.

Visiting for a wedding , the place Alexandre offers us is just great , clean , well-equipped etc. The host is very friendly and very friendly. Everything is within reach , beach , grocery store, bakery , restaurant and more Thank you for this pleasant stay

Very nice accommodation with its patio on the ground floor and small terrace upstairs. Very quiet neighborhood and 300 m from the city center with all the shops nearby. A rental to recommend without a second thought.

The terrace is unfortunately not up to the rest of the service, no maintenance carried out (curled slats, outdated garden furniture). That didn't stop us from having a great stay here. It is a shame that there are no independent toilets and it would be good to warn that one of the bedrooms is at the garage level (which must be crossed to turn it off), without a window (with one then light). It is still very well furnished and very functional with a large bathroom and its toilets. It would also be nice to be clear about the end-of-stay cleaning. The house has 3 levels, each bedroom and the living room are equipped with air conditioning and that's totally awesome and completely essential! The house is modern, well decorated, very pleasant to live in.

The owner is very responsive. In a cordial exchange by message, he clearly and accurately tells us the terms of taking possession of the rental. The welcome on the premises is flexible according to our schedules, with great kindness and simplicity. Excellent relationship, friendly and full of good humor. The location of the accommodation is beautiful: in the middle of the vegetation with a splendid view of the Bay of Banyuls and Cap Béar. Located in private and secure property, the accommodation is impeccably clean, decorated with care and taste. The equipment does not suffer the slightest criticism: it has everything you need and more. A small and very pleasant surprise to savor was waiting for us in the cool. Really great. The ultimate.

The accommodation is ideally located in the center of Peyriac-de-Mer within walking distance of everything you may need: the bakery, bars or restaurants and especially multiple walks via the pontoons to the ridges or the lake towers observing the pink flamingos. The kitchen is particularly well equipped. The place is spacious and it's really nice to stay there.

Thanks to Guillaume that we did not have the opportunity to meet but with whom we communicated well. We did not test the pool and terrace but it must be very pleasant in summer. The rooms are large and the play area appreciated by the children. The garage allows you to park 2 cars which is appreciated in this charming peaceful village with popular parking. I recommend it.

We had a pleasant stay at Anne France's. We were greeted by Nicole who is adorable and always available. The village is a haven of peace where we were able to take nice little walks. Once again, thank you for everything. We'll be back!

Excellent stay! Functional, quiet and comfortable to live in. Instructions are clear and helpful (welcome booklet), good communication with the host who is responsive and caring. I recommend it without hesitating, the whole family loved it!

We stayed at Stéphanie's house for a week and loved it. The house is clean and functional, everything is there, it is on a very quiet street and close to everything. The plus is the beautiful quiet garden with the pool. Stéphanie is an available and very attentive host. Our kids also felt very good there. We will keep this address for a future stay with joy.

Great location 3 minute walk to the sea and amenities. There are lots of other places to visit as well. Anthony's place had all the amenities required for a great stay. I would highly recommend.

It was a perfect place to stay for us, a group of 5 friends. It was spotless and very well equipped. The house was very spacious, much bigger than it looks in the photos. We each had plenty of space in the bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen had plenty of everything - glasses, mugs, plates and cutlery for several meals before needing to use the dishwasher. We found it a lovely place to enjoy a glass of wine together sat around the coffee table on sofas and chairs with the windows and shutters open, enjoying the warmth of the sun. It was absolutely perfect. Can't think of a single thing that would have made it better. Marie-Pierre had thought of everything. Highly recommend

We had a great stay at Eve’s house and it was perfect a perfect location to be able to walk into the centre of Perpignan. Perpignan itself is a great place to access other areas of France and Spain via train, so that was a big tick. The house was clean, spacious, safe and quiet and Eve was great on giving clear housekeeping instructions, tips on where to explore the local area and places to eat. She also went above and beyond to help us with an issue we had with our luggage. We would highly recommend staying at Eve’s accommodation.

We loved the house, everything matched the descriptions, everything is close to the house, easy to access since it is a quiet central area, we spent 2 weeks enjoying everything that is close to Argeles, beaches, rivers, etc. At night you can walk to the promenade since it is 5 blocks away and there are parks for children to have fun at night, they are also very close. I give it 5 stars since the communication was always good and fast between Caroline and I regarding the house, I recommend it 100%....

We had a wonderful and cozy stay! The town is peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The house had everything we needed, with a particularly well-equipped kitchen that made cooking a pleasure. The shower was fantastic—hot and comfortable, just what we needed after a day of exploring. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a calm and intimate retreat!

Everything was OK, well furnished and in perfect order. We were just surprised that the house was not in a town, but in a resort.

We had a great time at Rachel's place which was very welcoming. Her house is very original and very pleasant: the inner courtyard for lunch, the lounge upstairs and the terrace to share good times with the family. Tautavel is well located to shine on the region: Corbières and castles in Cathar country on one side, Collioure and the sea on the other. We highly recommend this rental.
