Very cute and very clean apartment. Well located in relation to the beach and shops in a quiet environment. Well equipped with lots of little touches for travellers! We highly recommend it!

This is a beautiful spot, close enough to walk to the beach and town, but far enough away to feel peaceful. It was very clean and well stocked with coffee and other basic necessities. Argelès sur Mer is a lovely town and very well situated for exploring other areas nearby. The beach was sublime! We hope to return some day!

Beautiful peaceful respite after a week on Camino. The instructions were very clear but we are new to driving in Spain so it took us a minute to find the dirt path to the house. The view from the deck is unbeatable. We came midweek and loved not having to flight crowds. A delight!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at Isabelle and Pascal's home. A complete communion with nature. Isabelle and Pascal showed us some very wonderful places that we would never have found on our own. And all the finishes in the house and fittings are stunning. Thank you so much!

Isabelle welcomed us in a very friendly way and with great flexibility on our arrival times. Lots of good tips to optimize our short stay , the house and residence were perfect for us , we will be happy to go back!

Everything has already been said. The fisherman's house is located in an idyllic place and in an Olympian calm. We felt immediately at ease and Denys' welcome was very warm and friendly. Certainly, some maintenance work is necessary, but as Denys says, various external elements mean that this is not always possible. But the feeling of living in harmony with nature makes you forget these small inconveniences.

10 stars, if I could possibly give them! We had the best time at this stunning house - it is identical to the pictures and everything was perfect for our family vacation! From USA - 4 adults, 3 young kids 7,6,4.5 and an infant, 15m. We felt like we had plenty of room by opening up the couch in the bedroom and opening up the sofa in the living to create even more areas to sleep. We spent so much time outside, we never felt cramped even with everybody inside on rainy days! All your essentials are there and there’s an ALDI, 4 minutes away… Lidl is about 8min away. Beach is 10 minute drive and there is free parking or you can pay to park with no hassle —- we chose this option as it was easy and only a few euros. I’ve never had such responsive hosts —- I sent a message and had a response with 2 minutes. When we ran into any issue or had question, they fixed it immediately with kindness. I cannot say enough about our stay, it was absolutely wonderful and I would highly recommend!!

An absolutely awesome stay!!! The cottage is beautiful, decorated with great taste, modern, warm and very well thought out. The jacuzzi is great: no neighbours, a real little corner of paradise to relax. The setting is idyllic, calm and soothing, perfect for a break for two. Marie and Gilles are very responsive and caring, which makes the experience even more enjoyable! We highly recommend this accommodation, and we will return with great pleasure!

second stay in this beautiful apartment with a great view on the top floor. The air conditioning is very useful because in the afternoon it is hot. The amenities are complete especially dishwasher on vacation that's great. The bedding is of very good quality and the apartment is directly on the port we have access to all the shops and in season to the market. The departures for Collioure are directly on the dock, it's great. The lady who welcomes us and is extremely kind. in clear it's happiness we will come back👍👍👍

Great accommodation for a short stay, very clean with lots of amenities. really the only downside was the soft mattress for us. Very pleasant and welcoming host. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

This place was my little slice of heaven. Not only was I able to work and live, Corrine was available to check for advice when needed. The view is incredible and you will be in danger of not wanting to leave the apartment. :) Everything you need is provided for (coffee machine, clean pots and pans, cutlery, glasses etc). There was a even a basket of welcome goods when i arrived to keep me going for a day or so until I found my feet. Canet is a 40 minute bus ride from Perpignan and while it is easy to get to, Corrine is the kind of host who came to pick me up at the train station on my first day (and when I left) .. and gave me a tour of the Canet on my first day. She is incredibly kind. I have never felt so welcome and provided for as much as I have here. You will adore this little apartment. I had a wonderful time getting to know Canet, Perpignan and the area around.

Great stay! Amazing view and walkable to lots of things. The hosts were super responsive. Lots of instructions about access…but note car access is at the back of the building not the front where Google maps takes you! Once we’d found that it was really clear! Would highly recommend 😃

Airbnb at its best. Very friendly and warm welcome. Even cool drinks, sweets and wonderful wine had been provided by the landlords, great! Private parking in a locked area. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with a lift. Beautiful terrace with a wonderful view of the harbour. The kitchen is large and super well equipped. Cooking for yourself is a pleasure, just like at home. Beautiful small bathroom with shower. Toilet is extra. The bedroom is very small, but the bed is great. The air conditioning works very well. We cooked ourselves and used the plancha on the terrace every day. The fish market is just a few minutes' walk away. A small grocery store is right next to the house. Everything you need is within walking distance. There are many restaurants right on the harbour. But it's still quiet. We will be happy to come back.

Beautiful, homely apartment that is spacious for 2, great privacy on a quiet street with a lovely balcony!

We spent the weekend of 8 May and the residence was calm, perfect for resting. Lots of sightseeing nearby. The accommodation deserves a few extra utensils, citrus press, toaster... Access to the car park from the terrace is a plus. We had a lovely stay. Thank you

We left on a whim, so we looked for accommodation at the last minute. Very happy to have found Olivier's! He responded very quickly and we were able to spend 2 beautiful days in the sun. The apartment is very functional with all the necessary amenities. Thanks again for having us. See you soon

An incredible stay, a heavenly view, with 2 min access to the creek where there aren't many people, we spent 3 dream days, I recommend it without hesitation, communication with the host very responsive and very kind Anyway, everything is perfect. Thanks a lot🤩

That was a nice 3-days stay at Deborah's flat. The flat was well equipped and the instructions were precise and useful. Some comments only to the public pool, it could be cleaned better - lots of insects were drifting on the surface of the small pool. Apart from that we enjoyed the stay. We were lucky with weather and there were tonnes of activities around. Looks that in June that is a start of the season, not much tourists, but most of attractions are available.

Cendrine is a caring host: - explanations given to access the accommodation: very clear - clean, functional and quiet accommodation (stay in May) - Close to all shops on foot - Clean residence and respect for residents - The description of the accommodation is identical to what we found The exchanges with Cendrine were warm, and very responsive I recommend this place without a second thought.
