Tiny studio (bedroom with kitchen area, plus bathroom) recently renovated, in an elegant building, clean and quiet, just next to Via del Pratello, one of Bologna's most interesting areas. A few steps away you'll find all sort of shops (bus, supermarket, bars, restaurants). It can comfortably host two guests and the kitchen is equipped with all basic cooking utensils. Second floor, no elevator. We often use the place ourselves, so it is not managed by professionals. No air conditioning.

THE "BED AND FRIEND" was born in Bologna in 2016, family-run, managed by Andrea and Valeria. The house consists of a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, furnished in a shabby chic and modern style. It is located just outside the walls of the historic center (exit 6 of the ring road), 1km from the central station, 400m from Villa Erbosa, 2.3km from the trade fair complex, 1.2km from via Indipendenza (the city centre) in Only 2 ring road exits from the airport.

In a quiet and peaceful environment, this particular apartment was created, completely renovated and furnished in an industrial style with some traditional elements. The guest is immersed in a muted, soothing atmosphere... nothing is left to chance... the eye is caught by a planisphere, a tribute to our mother earth. In 10 minutes I arrive at Centergross and Interporto, convenient to trade fairs, 20 minutes away. To reach Ravenna 40 minutes.
