KOKO, the aptly named

Outside, the deep black of the burnt wood cladding, inside, light materials enhanced here and there by touches of indigo. KOKO is very comfortable, heated and air-conditioned. The central living area opens onto the garden and landscape, with a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower and separate bedroom with queen-size bed (160 cm). Terrace, private garden with barbecue and access to the laundry room (washing machine and tumble dryer). Nordic bath (€50) and electric bike hire.

Studio agréable et cosy (4 pers) avec vue imprenable sur la vallée. Situé dans la résidence Super Arlas, 5ème étage, avec ascenseur et un accès direct aux pistes, au GR 10, au parking et à la galerie marchande. Une cave à skis est à votre disposition avec une luge et une pelle à neige. Vous pourrez profiter de la boulangerie qui se trouve en face de l’ascenseur. Quoi de plus charmeur que de descendre en babouches chercher viennoiseries (chocolatines, croissants) pour le petit déjeuner !

Véritable nid douillet, pour se ressourcer en douceur, du sauna avec vue sur la vallée aux banquettes moelleuses pour une ambiance cocooning, avec poêle à bois et rocking chairs à proximité. La vie se ralentit au chalet Melzerata pour se reconnecter en famille ou entre amis avec la nature en toutes saisons.
