Large house of contemporary design, shared IN TWO PARTS, One occupied by Daniel & Simone and an adjoining part 90 sqm is rented on Airbnb We are two, Daniel & Simone, dynamic and discreet retirees. The two parts are well separated by a technical room/laundry room. The rented part is completely independent, with a dedicated entrance/parking space and is not visible to us, and a reserved terrace area with a view of the breeze. We only share the pool and the fenced garden.
