At the gates of Le Ferret

Large house of contemporary design, SPLIT INTO TWO, One occupied by Daniel & Simone and an adjoining 90 M² part is rented on Airbnb There are two of us, Daniel & Simone, dynamic and discreet retirees. Both parts are well separated by a technical room/laundry room. The rented part is entirely independent, with a dedicated entrance/parking lot and invisible to our view, and a reserved terrace part with a view of the breeze. We only share the pool and the fenced garden.

Our house, completely renovated in 2018, welcomes you for a vacation or a long weekend in the wild part of the Bassin d'Arcachon. Ideally located on a very quiet street in the center of Arès, you will be a 3-minute walk from the basin and a 15-minute drive from the ocean beaches of Cap Ferret. You can do everything on foot or by bike (walks, beach, shopping, shopping, Arès market). You can also enjoy the garden and the large wooden terrace, in a peaceful environment.

This family property has an extraordinary view of the Arcachon Basin, its location in a dominant position gives your cabin a sense of exclusivity and well-being. Please note that there is no kitchen but only a microwave, mini bar and Nespresso machine. Dishes are available for you.

Enjoy a large cozy bedroom with double bed (140 cm) and peaceful view of the garden, a bright bathroom with window overlooking the woods, a kitchen with dining area, open to the outside through a French window. 41 m2 non-smoking 1 bedroom (no pets allowed) apartment opposite the street, located on the south-southeast 1st floor of a 14-unit residence, secured in the heart of Ares. A five-minute walk to the pond, so to the beach and all amenities, it has a sunny balcony of 4 m2. You have a private parking space inside the residence. You can also park your car for free around the building. The price of cleaning is not included, an extra option possible.

Le Petit Vagabond Cottage

Marcel Sasha and their parents rent you a perfectly equipped house/studio for two people (see 4 punctually). Close to the beach, we provide you with bicycles so you can fully enjoy our little piece of paradise. 500 m from the beach, 20 min to Cap Ferret, 15 min to the ocean, 30 min to the airport, accessible by bus. We are available for any questions and look forward to hosting you. The large garden is private, you have your own access.

The Crocolion

The crocolion is an apartment located in the center of Arès. It consists of a living room equipped with a flat screen TV and a sofa bed, a kitchen area with fridge, induction cooktop, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave oven etc... On this level there is also the bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower. Towels and sheets are provided free of charge. Naturally considerate, we are here to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

We offer an authentic setting at the gateway to Cap Ferret between the bay and the ocean.

At the gates of the Cap Ferret peninsula, independent air-conditioned chalet, located 600 meters from the city center with its market, beach, small shops (laundromat, bakery, butcher, supermarket...). Close to the forest and large beach of the Atlantic Ocean 8 km away. Close to the bike path (2 bikes available). A 10-minute walk away, you will find a Transgironde bus stop to Bordeaux and Cap Ferret. Airport 42 km away.

The cabin is closely situated to Arcachon Bay (5min drive), 30min drive from Cap Ferret, 3Omin from Bordeaux Mérignac and only a 8min bike ride away from the city center. Close to endless bicycle routes.

Our house welcomes you to discover the Arcachon basin in peace. Located 150 meters from the beach, close to the market, you can also enjoy the shops of the city center, the oyster port and its restaurants on foot. Grand Crohot Ocean Beach is a 10-minute drive. For your comfort, the beds will be made upon arrival and you will have towels.
