Monthly Rentals in Arenas

My stay in Utuado was truly wonderful! We arrived late at night, but Adam had provided very detailed instructions, which made finding the place super easy. I was pleasantly surprised by the setup — I had expected complete darkness (and we came prepared for that), but there was actually a light inside the tentand motion light in kitchen. We had the kitchen area all to ourselves, and it was very well stocked with everything we needed: gas stoves, a grill, utensils, and even a greca, which we used to make coffee. Right in front of our tent area was a trail that led us on a short, beautiful walk to a nearby stream. In the morning, we woke up to stunning mountain views, and we could even see the lake from where we were. Throughout the stay, Adam was extremely responsive and answered any questions I had right away. My family and I really enjoyed our time there and are very grateful to Adam for being such a great host. Highly recommend!

I’ve stayed in a lot of airbnbs and this home is one of my favorites. It’s a well designed cabin feel, open air option with many windows, a beautiful loft space, great sitting porch, and all around just well designed and thoughtful use of the square footage. The kitchen is cute and functional, there are many options for eating indoors or outdoors, the bed is comfortable, and the views are beautiful. You are close to anything you may need in town, ten minute drive tops. This is only 30 minutes from Tanama River adventures and I would recommend doing an excursion with this family owned business. Canon blanco and charco Los morones are some other activities to enjoy very near in the area. If I ever return to this region I will not hesitate to book here again.

She was amazing and very understanding of me having to check in late. Everytime I wrote to her she responded very fast. The place was great and in an amazing location. Everything was close and she was very helpful. I would recommend 100% and would stay again. Thank you so much Yolanda for being a SUPER HOST!

We were very warmly welcomed by Grisel and Pancho. The apartment has a large terrace with magnificent views of the mountains and surrounding nature. The place is very quiet, lulled only by the sound of the animals. A true slice of heaven! Again, thank you for your hospitality. Exactly follow the detailed explanations given to get to the house.
