Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Arenals del Sol

Had a wonderful stay at Jose apartment, great location, particularly for the old town, and the beach is only a 10 minute walk away. We stayed at the apartment for four weeks and had planned to visit the Mercado to shop, which is 5 minutes away and cook the majority of meals. However, we found a few local tapas bars and ended up only cooking 5 meals during the whole period, there are some real gems if you look. We are planning forward to return before Christmas. Jose is a top host too, very responsive and helpful. Enjoy his apartment and Alicante!

Staying at Alba’s place truly felt like being at home. The apartment was spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. Despite being right in the heart of Alicante, it was surprisingly peaceful and quiet—perfect for rest and relaxation after a day of exploring. Alba was a fantastic host, and it’s clear she puts great care into making her guests feel welcome and at ease. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

My family and I had an amazing time at Mabel’s home. She was very responsive and the home was exactly as described. It was spacious, in a great location, and had a beautiful view. It was clean, and had many amenities. We also appreciated the added garage. It was really helpful as street parking was a little challenging.

The experience in Juanan's apartment was great. The treatment on arrival was magnificent. We followed some of his recommendations for eating and it was a success. The apartment was super clean, nice and tidy. The bed is very comfortable with good pillows. The very nice spaces. In short, totally recommended. If we go back to Elche, we'll definitely repeat.

Had a wonderful stay! The apartment has such a good location, in the most beautiful area of Alicante Center and few minutes away from the beach and port. The street however was quiet and there was plenty of shadow , not needing the AC on. It is close to great restaurants and bars, has a small supermarket and a small restaurant right downstairs. The apartment is wonderful decorated by Thea, the designer who welcome us and who who found the perfect way to integrate the day and night areas in such a comfortable and elegant way. Everything was perfectly clean looking brand new. The communication was great, both Frans and Thea were helping proactively with recommendations and tips.

Great stay. Lovely hosts Wiola and Paweł are very helpful with everything. Beautiful apartment, 100% cleanliness, equipped with the smallest details. In fact, it looks better than in the photos. Beautiful views from the huge terrace: the sea and the mountains. To the center of Alicante about 15min taxi or 20min by city bus. Stop near the apartment. To the sea from the apartment about 15min walk. Overgrown pool a little higher up the apartment. What more to write, you just need to see. We four friends from Poland will definitely be back. We had a great time and a truly wonderful experience! The host was absolutely amazing—extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Even though we arrived very late (around 2 a.m.), she greeted us with a big smile and took the time to explain everything clearly. Her kindness and responsiveness made us feel right at home from the start. The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach and a shopping mall, and only about 10–15 minutes to the city center, with all its restaurants and cafés. Since we enjoy walking and are in good shape, it was perfect for us. The place itself was very comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed for our 4-day stay. We’d definitely recommend it and would love to come back!

This place is amazing well worth the money, Maria was lovely , very helpful and full of suggestions of what to do , places to see and how to get there, responded very quick when I needed some information.. the area is handy for eating and transport . The apartment was beautiful, very spacious, well equipped and very clean. I would definitely recommend and would book again thank you

The house was amazing: very clean, perfectly equipped, with a superb swimming pool. Located in a quiet and secure residential area, it is ideal for resting. Perfect location, just 15 minutes' drive from Torrevieja, 30 minutes from Alicante and 1 hour from Benidorm. Also very convenient: a supermarket 1 minute walk from the house. We had an exceptional stay. A big thank you to Lorena for her warm welcome and her quick and efficient communication. I recommend it without hesitating!

Was very clean and beautiful. The house was as described. Everything was walking distance. My boys had a blast!

Fantastic villa. Has everything you need. Pool brilliant. Paid extra to have it heated but well worth it as it was the end of may. Always quick response if you contacted them. The description and pictures match the villa. Quiet, safe area our second time in that street. Not much in walking distance so need a car. Cafe and supermarket a couple of min drive. Would book again.

Amazing location, 5 minutes from Aldi’s one way and 7 mins to court yard the other way. ( if you arrive on a Sunday then be aware nearest shop is 40min walk away or €5 in an Uber) Private pool, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, all amenities that you could want. Amazing having your own pool and gardens are immaculate. The inside is basic but very clean, outside the pool and bbq are amazing, although could do we a sweep and tidy. Awesome value 🥰

A perfect spot for the beach and shops we walked everywhere, the home was lovely and clean with everything you could possibly need and more. The pool was great and we used it every day and all the other local home owners who have access to it were lovely and we were felt very welcome. Thank you very much for your hospitality and your home we had a fantastic time away and celebrated our daughter’s 18th birthday at the local Irish bar. Many thanks Liam and family

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was excellent — very quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach. Maria was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain everything in detail. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended! ☺️

What an amazing apartment! It has a perfect location on the beach, and with a view of the beach and the sea. We had read some reviews that mentioned the church bell. For us, it became a natural part of the soundscape and did not bother us. The apartment has everything you need for self-catering if you want it. Patrick and the local housekeeper are nice and they are easy to communicate with. Right across the street is a very nice bakery, and at the grocery store I have to mention the lady who works in the fresh produce. She had a good knowledge of cheese and more. We will return and highly recommend Patrick and the apartment😊

We have been to the area before and loved the beaches and general area. The apartment is located in a secure gated development, which is established with mainly Spanish residence, which was lovely. Pool is lovely, apartment is very nice, super clean, well equipped, feels safe and cosy. Loved our stay and Pao was an excellent host. Roof top terrace is great with sun beds and hammock. Local supermarmarket

Nice and clean apartment. The place had what we needed for a nice stay. Nice location, short distance to both shopping and beach. The landlord did not speak English, uses a translation machine and it went well.

Fabulous apartment with great views on a beautiful golf complex. The apartment was immaculate, with very comfortable beds. Pool towels were provided which was a bonus. The pool area was beautifully kept, as were all the grounds, it was also very quiet and very relaxing. You do need a car to get to restaurants and shops, but there are lots of great places to eat 15 minutes from the apartment. Christian was a great host, very quick to respond to our questions. We hope to visit Las Colinas again.

This is my second stay at Diane’s place and I wish I could have stayed longer. Next trip is already booked! This really is a luxurious apartment and I feel privileged to have spent the past two weeks there. It is spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean, well-equipped and has amazing views. The gym and the tennis, squash and basketball courts are great extras. You can walk for miles along the beach, go for a swim and then go to the gym! You cannot wish for a nicer host than Diane. She does everything she can to make it an enjoyable stay and am looking forward to my next trip.

The accommodation was very good and Miriam was very helpful both before and during our stay. The accommodation was very nice and had everything you needed. The beach outside the apartment is great and there were many good restaurants nearby. A big plus with a paddle court and pool on the property. I would have really recommended this accommodation!
