Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Arenals del Sol

We had the best stay here in the most beautiful surroundings. The place was very clean with thoughtful touches and had everything we could ever need!

We enjoyed this house a lot. It was well located within the urbanisation with common areas (nicely designed pool areas, playground, etc.) just across the street and parking just outside. Short walking distance to a small grocery store and bakery/cafe right outside the gate of the urbanization. For us with two small children, the private fenced outdoor area was particularly suitable. Other necessities for the children who were there were two good high chairs with tables and two cots with good bottoms and mattresses. For the children, we missed a changing table and stool(s) to reach the toilet and washbasin, but we bought these cheaply at the local market and in a second-hand shop, respectively. Otherwise, a well-equipped kitchen and nice dining area outside. Otherwise, we especially liked that it seemed well cleaned everywhere in the house and also what we experienced as a focus on cleanliness by the hosts. Both Hakan and Yesim were very nice and easy to communicate with. We had the most contact with Yesim, who responded quickly to the few questions we had. Personal follow-up check-in/check-out.

Fantastic villa with everything you could ever need! Host was amazing at helping with taxis etc into Benidorm and from place to place. Overall beautiful stay and would come back in a heartbeat !!

A WA group was created in advance, in which we were provided with all the relevant information for check-in as well as great tips. The accommodation is close to the airport, check-in was contactless and completely smooth. The apartment itself, especially the kitchen and bathroom, was very clean and lovingly prepared upon our arrival. Everything was really thought of: coffee, tea, even alcohol were available for us. Surroundings is quiet and familial. The pool area was pleasant, even if there was some foliage. For hijabis, it is good to know that the pool area is only partially secluded. The beach and supermarket are within easy walking distance. A rental car is still recommended. This means you can quickly reach Alicante. The only criticism: the double bed is unstable, which affected my sleep a little. Daniel was always available and very helpful. Great overall stay. We will be happy to come back!

Everything was very nice - like in paradise . The private entrance to the sea was breathtaking with the views together. The pool was very clean and warm (heat pump used ). We were even brought some groceries upon arrival:) Thanks again for that. The response was always very quick and understandable. There is a lot of shopping in the area - but a car would be beneficial for the stay Parking is possible in the house own garage

Easy check in facilitated through private messaging. Questions answered and advice given. The house itself has a lot of amenities throughout, the pool is spacious and the garden area has more than enough space for 6 people. Rooms are clean and the area is within walking distance from multiple supermarkets, as well as a shopping center with nice restaurants. Would highly recommend.

He was proactive and always available to help throughout! The location is situation 15 mins walk from the city which was not bad!! The terrace is definitely a bonus!!!!

Lovely modern apartment, all the amenities were there that you needed. Peaceful location although far enough from the city where an uber is required. you can tell rafal and karina take care of the place. Amazing for a nice relaxing few days. The pool has an AMAZING view. Jazmin was also so helpful and made checking in so easy with a step by step guide and was only a text away from any questions. Overall an amazing and relaxing experience and will definitely be going back!

We had an amazing stay here. The apartment is just as described in text and on the images. The place was clean, had everything you could ask for and the communication was superb without any delay. I would recommend anyone that wants to go to Gran Alacant to consider this apartment! The pool area was great, very inviting and super calm.

Great communication from Marta and Santiago. Apartment was immaculate, clean and fresh. Very generous amount of coffee pods, water, cold drinks plus a bottle of wine. Bed was really comfortable and air con very efficient. Hosts were extremely helpful in offering us to leave luggage after check-out and also helping us find the diverted route for the airport bus (big festival so usual bus route had changed). For a little casual bar / restaurant- we liked Trisurco at the far end of the beach. Would recommend this apartment for a stay in Alicante.

Very nice apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with their toilet. On the 3rd floor with beautiful sea and mountain views thanks to a very large terrace with 2 sunbeds. Large parking space. Secure residence with 3 swimming pools and 2 padle trails. Good bedding and shutters in all the rooms. We spent two weeks here at Paco and Carmens apartment. The location was perfect for my family and I. The space was very comfortable and the view was beautiful! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and made full use of the swimming pool on site which my daughter loved. The beach is only a short distance away which was ideal with a toddler. There are nice playgrounds nearby too and restaurants. Paco was great and helped us out if we had any queries. We also hired a car the second week which was nice as we got some nearby towns.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was excellent — very quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to the beach. Maria was incredibly friendly and helpful. She took the time to explain everything in detail. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended! ☺️

Rosa is a beautiful person, adorable, who advised us from start to finish on good restaurants and different activities. The house is great, there are 2 floors in addition to the ground floor and on each floor there is a terrace, as well as a large terrace downstairs, 2 bathrooms. Everything was perfect, the area is beautiful with a splendid view, from the terraces you can see the sea, sand and palm trees, it's beautiful. The area is quiet and you are less than 15 minutes from Alicante.☺️ We recommend Rosa, the value for money is great and the area is so beautiful. Thank you for everything, we'll be back for sure :) Our dog also loved it, he could go on the terraces and enjoy the sun peacefully ☀️ See you soon☺️

Really lovely apartment in a beautiful location. We enjoyed our stay very much , Gloria and Jaime are the perfect hosts, meeting us when we arrived and explaining about the property. The apartment overlooks a super little marina where you can hire SUP’s, or get a lesson on how to use one. Added entertainment when the instructors have a group booking and have to show how to wind sail, kayak and paddle board. Really fun stay in Alicante.

The apartment is super well located in the city centre, everything is on foot. The C6 bus to or from the airport is just a few metres away, on the Plaza de los Luceros, except during the Saint-Jean bonfires, when it is taken from the port. The tram is also in Luceros, it is very convenient to go to San Juan beach for example. If you want to participate in this party, it is ideally located because there are entertainment in this square as well as in the avenue Frederico Soto, at the foot of the building, with music. There are many shops, restaurants and supermarkets nearby, as well as the port. The apartment is clean, very convenient, well-equipped and as described.
