Our house sits at the bottom of a secret track in a private, historical cove on the beautiful Hebridean island of Lismore. Secluded, quiet and peaceful, Port Moluag is within easy reach of the Scottish mainland whilst feeling totally removed from the pace and noise of city life. The house is newly-built using eco technologies to limit its environmental impact and is surrounded by wonderful wildlife such as seals, otters, and a multitude of birds as well as many sites of historical interest.

The Otter Holt Self catering is a lovely annexe attached to the main house. Surrounded by wildlife, mountains, moorland, forests, sea, and beautiful beaches to explore. Whether into photography, hiking, or just here to explore what the Island has to offer. The space is totally private, although part of the main house, you have your own entrance. Its fully equipped for all your needs to help you enjoy your stay. The Otter Holt is pet friendly and sleeps 2 adults.

This unique place has a style all of its own. set on the top of a hill with stunning views over the sound of Sleat, taking in breathtaking views of the Isles of Eigg and Rum and in the distant the most westerly point of Scotland. Either sit and relax outside on the decking or down at the fire pit enjoying the peace and tranquility. This unique home has incredible sea views with access to a secluded beach, 50m distance. There is also a lovely outside space with decked area and parking for two cars. The surrounding villages, have shops, pubs and restaurants, all within walking distance.

Mill House Steading is a contemporary conversion of a historic barn into a 2 bedroom architect designed home. The balcony overlooks the burn with views across the Sound of Mull to Tobermory. See countryfile series17 episode 7 to see the beauty of the landscape around us. The bay is perfect for watersports. The renovation was completed in March 2020 and provides stunning accommodation.

Bearnus Bothy on Isle of Ulva

Bearnus Bothy has been lovingly renovated using our principle of ecological design to repair, repurpose and use what has been washed-up by the sea. It is one of the last old residences outside of the main dwellings around the Main House on Ulva. As such there are no neighbours until you reach the tiny community on Gometra - where we live - another three miles down the track.
