Monthly Rentals in Ardmore

Our host Rowland was very helpful with information and very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed and wanted for our stay before we got there. Our contact there was also very happy to help and accommodate us and the fresh supplies of milk butter tea coffee biccies etc and flowers that welcomed us were very thoughtful. The cottage was spotlessly clean warm and very comfortable with all modern conveniences and very charming. The location was lovely and quiet just a few horse riders and dog walkers and little weaning calves in next door’s field. By contrast it very near Cobh town with its restaurants and bars or Ardmore village with its beautiful beach. There were picturesque little bays and coves all within a few mins drive and lovely walks around the cottage and the bay. Well worth coming back to both people and place.

Beautiful cottage with an amazing garden right beside the beach. Marie was very helpful and friendly to deal with. Kitchen was well stocked with necessities (olive oil, salt, pepper, coffee, etc) and utensils. Lovely garden furniture ideal for dining outside. Beds are very comfortable and the house is very cosy and rustic. Kids loved running around the garden with all the birds, including a very friendly resident robin. There is a steep drop into a stream around the edge of the perimeter so small kids would need to be watched closely outside. We hope to come back soon!

A rare find. such a wonderful property. Clean, beautifully furnished with so many thoughtful, meangful touches. Dog was safe at all times, chickens were an absolute joy to watch and eggs were as fresh as you can possibly get. The views over the sea are incredible. The host was a pleasure to deal with, so helpful. Thank you and hopefully we will get a chance to visit again.

We really enjoyed meeting Yolanda and Des, and staying at their beautiful cottage. It was very generously equipped with everything one might need. The spacious and comfortable open-plan kitchen area was ideal for relaxing over dinner. We had plenty of options with 3 bedrooms and a single bed on the landing area so we all slept very comfortably. There are lovely views of the surrounding countryside from the patio area. It’s a short drive (or 25 minutes walk) to beautiful beaches and to Ardmore village.
