Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Our accommodation is located among animals with panoramic views of the wallabies and deer park. A visit to the parks is possible

This former mill (mid-19th century), carefully renovated, at the gates of the Marais Poitevin, is classified "4 stars furnished de Tourisme". On 3 levels, this mill respects the traditional local architecture and the nature that surrounds it. The mill has retained its narrow, original miller's staircase. Combining wood, exterior coating with lime, noble materials, it is turned towards respect for the environment.

Accommodation in the South Vendée -"quiet & comfortable and possibility to share our outdoor wooded area" - 70 m² fully equipped accommodation comprising 2 bedrooms + a storage room upstairs & 1 living room (ground floor), adjoining our house with independent entrance. Close to the Poitevin marsh (20'), 15' from the Mervent forest, 45' from La Rochelle, 5' from the city center & 1 hour from the Vendée beaches.

Charming cottage – Le Chêne – le Tilleul Etoilé

Take a break at our place (we live on site) between the Marais Poitevin and the Gâtine in a longhouse of 3 cottages in the countryside. Guests can relax by the communal pool or walk along the surrounding paths. Rainwater is used to power the toilet, electricity is produced by the sun, some of the furniture and dishes comes from refresheries and many other things to limit our ecological footprint.

Welcome to Petit Logis! Enjoy this comfortable and intimate setting in the center of La Châtaigneraie and 30 minutes from Le Puy du Fou. The entrance is private and the garden is independent. Our accommodation is 1.5 hours from Futuroscope, 1 hour 15 minutes from La Rochelle and the beaches, and 20 minutes from Marais Poitevin. An ideal place to stop and travel the region!
