Very nice, functional, quiet and well located apartment. Responsive hosts. I would recommend without hesitation.

Very good stay. The cottage was well equipped and everything was well functional. The place is very well placed in a quiet location, very close to the river "Le Lignon" Outside, in front of the cottage, the terrain is flat which allows for play activities with children. There is also a circular, wooden picnic space that allows 8 people to gather. It is also shaded. Very nice... There is an awning attached to the cottage that allows your car to be sheltered from bad weather. Cathy's place is nearby (100m) which is very convenient in case of need. Access to the village is possible in 20 minutes on foot by a quiet little road, even with a 5 year old. In Tence there are all the amenities to shop, go to restaurants, have cultural activities. Tence has a "Family" label, so there are a lot of activities offered to children.

We felt extremely comfortable! The apartment is very tastefully decorated, everything you need is there, perfect. The garden is a dream, the pool, like everything else, very well maintained. Leander is always available and always helpful. Sylvia cooks once a week for the guests, you shouldn't miss it! Wonderful! On the evening of arrival we had a platter with cheese, charcuterie, rillete..., breakfast can also be ordered. We will be back!

Very nice accommodation in the heart of a medieval village

What a wonderful place! You can really feel that Anne and her equally lovely family have put all their effort into making this a very special home! Extremely well equipped with excellent furniture, spacious rooms and extra comfy beds. The friendly chickens and cockerel entertained our toddler and there was a river to explore right next to the garden. with all its beautiful roses. It felt magical, peaceful and just what I needed to get away from the stress of the city. Anne and her husband were extremely friendly and helpful - we were very well looked after. We didn’t want to leave. :)

Our stay was just perfect! The apartment was very spacious and well-equipped. Even with the heat, the fan was enough. And Maria's welcome was impeccable! Thank you for making us have a lovely holiday. Do it again😊.

Accommodation with a lot of charm, very well renovated, with a lot of equipment. Ideal for a stay with friends. Very clean. Trust the directions to find the accommodation. The accommodation is shown on google maps. A little far from the activities, but we were looking for a cottage with peace and quiet and no neighbours, it was perfect!

Excellent stay in a setting in the middle of nature among olive and cherry trees! The rental is perfectly clean and well-equipped! Joel's welcome is warm and he adapts completely to the constraints of his guests! A delight! Thanks again for our great stay!

A beautiful house with a beautiful garden in a wonderful landscape. We felt at home the moment we entered the place. Marie Jeanne and Justin are very friendly and responsive hosts. There are many good hiking routes and also a few places you can swim in the river. We stayed with our 2 dogs and large fenced garden gave comfort to both us and them. It was a lovely stay, and even lovelier hosts. The location and the gite were both wonderful. In every detail you notice that a lot of thought and care goes into making the space nice. Val and Anto were so kind and welcoming. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and we really enjoyed getting to know them! We appreciated a lot the jams and fresh herbs from the garden :) We will definitely visit again, it's worth another trip for sure!

very pleasant stay in this magnificent house from the mid 19th century. Very large spaces and very well provided. access to the Loire is very charming. We recommend it!

We appreciated Nadège helping us carry all our luggage on arrival, because the accommodation is far from the car park, but the quality of the accommodation does not make us regret this little sporting effort for seniors.

Valerie and her husband are very welcoming, the welcome was perfect and the location on the shores of Lac de Villefort is nice. Great stay.

We had a very nice and relaxing time. The apartment was great for us, it had everything we needed and the view is beautiful. You can hear the rushing water, which was very calming for us. Claude and Martine are very friendly and helpful. They drove us to the train station for our departure. Thank you very much for everything and also for the smooth and proactive communication!

A home away from home. Audrey provided all the comforts and experiences to make this stay one of the best Air BnB holidays we’ve ever had. The location whilst remote, was pure magic - surrounded by a stream and misty mountains. It was the perfect place to disconnect from the world and enjoy being surrounded by nature. The space was perfect to unwind with a large fireplace and well equipped kitchen. Enjoying the jacuzzi and sauna each evening under the stars was a real bonus. The private woodlands behind the place were the real highlight and going to picnic by the stream was a highlight of the trip. We strongly recommend booking an additional massage with Audrey- she’s amazing. There are very few resources nearby though so we do recommend buying all your necessities at a larger village on the way. Thank you for a truly wonderful stay - we hope to return again soon!
