je recommande ce logement à 100 pour cent. Le logement est très propre très bien situé très calme. Tout est conforme à la description. Paolo fait de son mieux pour parler le français . Gianni’s place is absolutely wonderful—exactly as described, and then some. The view is truly breathtaking and a joy to wake up to every day. Gianni and Antonelli are fantastic hosts: warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful with local tips and anything we needed. Although the house is in Caste, it’s a perfect base for exploring Cinque Terre. Just a quick 10-minute drive to La Spezia, where you can easily park and hop on a train to any of the five towns. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with easy access to all the beauty of the region!

Wow! One of the most wonderful Airbnb I had the pleasure to stay in all my travels around the world. The view on the ocean from the terrace was stunning. We spent hours there just looking at the sea. Everything in the house is tastefully organized. Lola was so friendly and welcoming, she is a really nice host. I’m hoping to return and spend more time to explore the area.

Unser Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen, das Haus entspricht exakt der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Die Lage ist etwas abgelegen, was wir sehr schön fanden. Per Bus ist man auch in 20 min in der Innenstadt/Bahnhof von La Spezia, die Bushaltestelle ist fast direkt vor dem Haus und Anna hat uns 2 Fahrkarten geschenkt. Anna war super hilfsbereit, hat uns alles erklärt und war bei Fragen immer sofort erreichbar. Sie hat uns außerdem gute Tipps für Unternehmungen, Restaurants, etc. gegeben. Beim Check-In und Check-Out haben sie unser Gepäck zum Auto transportiert, sodass wir nichts tragen mussten. Auto steht auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz ca. 200m vom Haus entfernt, hier hat Anna uns vor der Ankunft extra einen Parkplatz reserviert. Bei Ankunft stand ein Verpflegungskorb mit Gebäck und Honig und Kaffee bereit. Da Anna kein deutsch oder englisch spricht haben wir uns über Übersetzer-Apps unterhalten, was sehr gut funktioniert hat. Unser Hund war auch sehr willkommen.

Appartement très bien situé et calme ( proche de la gare Migliarina et d’ un supermarché..) Nous avons apprécié la terrasse matin et soir. Maurizio notre hôte était très accueillant avec de petites attentions à notre égard et de très bons conseils. Nous avons également apprécié la mise à disposition des deux vélos qui nous permis de nous déplacer rapidement dans la ville de la Spezia et faire quelques balades . Nous recommandons vivement ce logement où il est agréable de séjourner.

A Wonderful little gem of a location in La Spezia, we loved how quaint this place was. Lorena is very welcoming, pleasant & respectful. She takes good care of her home overlooking a beautiful garden with flowers. You truly get in touch with nature. I definitely recommend anyone visiting the area to stay with Lorena, she is a wonderful host and maintains cleanliness in and out of her home with pride. And let’s not forget, La Spezia is a very safe place to visit with easy access if your travelling to and from Cinque Terre when you want. A side note, we are the third member of the family staying here, so this should give you a great indication of how special it is.

Alles großartig! Die Wohnung ist schön, sauber, toll eingerichtet - wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Außerdem liegt sie total ruhig und ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in Städte, die Berge oder zu Fuß zum Strand. Cristians Eltern Salvatore und Elena (die mit ihm Haus wohnen) haben uns sehr herzlich aufgenommen und waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns wie zu Besuch bei Freunden gefühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen :)

Bardzo mili i pomocni właściciele, pomogli zorganizować wycieczkę do Cinque Terre. Tuż za zakrętem jest przystanek autobusowy, autobusy jeżdżą dwa razy na godzinę, około pół godziny trwa jazda autobusem na dworzec kolejowy La Spezia. Apartament przyjemny i czysty, ze stolikiem i krzesełkami na zewnątrz. Jest położony przy ruchliwej ulicy, ale da się przeżyć :)

This is a wonderful apartment in the heart of Riomaggiore. It is steps away from the Marina, overlooks the beautiful coastline, and is near all of the bars, restaurants and shops in town. The apartment has all that you could want or need - an updated shower with fast hot water, a beautiful little kitchen, a spacious couch facing the ocean, and a very comfortable large bed. Elena was so friendly and responsive, offering local recommendations, helping us carry our luggage to the apartment, and arranging for everything for us. We loved starting our morning with an espresso on the balcony overlooking the little harbor. It was so peaceful and beautiful. We highly recommend this place!

San Terenzo ist perfekt um Cinque Terre und La Spezia zu erkunden, trotzdem ist der Ort ruhig und wenig touristisch. Perfekt für erholsame Ferien. Wir haben es sehr genossenbin San Terenzo. Das Apartment ist zwar klein, jedoch sehr schön renoviert mit viel Liebe zum Detail, sehr sauber und mit allem was es braucht ausgestattet. Natalia ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, sehr herzlich und immer gut erreichbar. Sie hilft einem mit Tipps zur Umgebung und Restaurants. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Chiara’s apartment was perfectly located within town, short walk to restaurants and the train. Chiara was very friendly and helpful, with all the local tips and tricks. Would definitely stay again!

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à Lerici. La communication et la flexibilité étaient super. Merci aussi pour l'attention à notre bébé, lit et chaise haute, très apprécié.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Simo. Appartement spacieux et confortable où tout est pensé pour que le voyageur se sente bien. Le quartier est calme, pas de bruit de circulation, donc nuits sreines même fenêtres ouvertes. Voisins hyper discrets, on ne le a pas entendu. Toutes les indications touristiques sont laissées à disposition. Bref c'est une location que l'on recommande vivement !

A perfect location in a magical town. The terrace is absolutely beautiful and the location is wonderful for exploring the area or catching a ferry. Would definitely return!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique région. Lucia est une hôte très accueillante, bienveillante et interactive. Son appartement était impeccable et disposait de toutes les commodités nécessaires. De plus, de petites attentions y étaient laissées (bouteilles d'eau, petit déjeuner, ...). Le logement se trouvant sur les hauteurs de La Spezia permettait d'avoir une belle vue sur les montagnes depuis le balcon. Cependant, pour y accéder, il faut franchir 150 marches. Autant le savoir pour les personnes qui ont des difficultés de mobilité. Heureusement, Lucia vient chercher les vacanciers près de la gare pour monter les bagages en voiture. Celle-ci est située non loin de l'appartement (5 à 10 min. à pied) et permet de rejoindre facilement les Cinque Terre et d'autres villes.

Le logement d’Antonio est incroyable. La situation est parfaite : à quelques minutes à pieds d’une petite plage très mignonne, et à quelques minutes du vieux port dans lequel vous trouverez un super kiosque à huîtres toutes fraîches, un petit bar très sympa avec de bons cocktails, une ambiance vraiment italienne et pas trop touristique. Nous nous sentions comme à la maison et nous souhaitions plus partir ! Un ascenseur permet de relier ce logement sur les hauteurs à la ville, ce qui était parfait car mon copain venait de se faire opérer des ligaments croisés. Nous recommandons le logement et reviendrons avec plaisir !

Il est à proximité de la gare , des bus , d’un supermarché et de petits restaurants locaux . Accès aux Cinque Terre très facile . Nous avons aussi visité les carrières de Carrare et Porto Venere. Superlative Stay! Gianluca's attention to detail and mission-driven service as a host is on-point. A delightful pied-a-terre with fantastic views set hillside in Lerici, it's hard to imagine as you sit on the terrace watching the sunset while sipping on a local vintage why you haven't booked this place for even longer than the three weeks you already have. I had an amazing stay in Pitelli! The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos. Spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly peaceful. It was the perfect place to unwind and live the Italian dream. The hosts are exceptionally friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I genuinely couldn’t recommend this place more, it’s an absolute gem!
