Holiday rentals with lake access in Arcadia

We've been very well welcomed by Giorgos' family, the house was very cute and quiet ! A bit hard to reach, and the road to join the beach is slightly long but nice house nevertheless ! We even got to taste the family's olives !

Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ καθαρό, τακτοποιημένο και αντανακλούσε τις φωτογραφίες και την περιγραφή. Ήταν αρκετά μεγάλο και αν και ήμασταν πολλά άτομα (8) δεν νιώσαμε "πνιγμένοι". Επίσης, όλα τα δωμάτια και το σαλόνι έχουν πανέμορφη θέα και η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ βολική. Τέλος, οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν εξαιρετικά φιλικοί και άμεσοι στις απαντήσεις του. Συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα αυτό το μέρος σε όποιον σκέφτεται να μείνει στο Πόρτο Χέλι.

A magical place overlooking the lake. Quiet and calming, had a lovely yoga session to start the day and a refreshing swim afterwards. The lake is a short walk downhill but the best beach is nearby in Heraion where you pass through ancient ruins to swim (we walked there but we like a good hike- best to take a car if not up to it). Fantastic sea food with the sea on your feet (actually sat on the beach). House was spacious and well organised, kitchen fully equiped and also a bbq (tempting but ate out). Mattress very comfortable. Large veranda to cool with a glass of wine in the evening. Ioanna was a lovely host, very helpful and suggesting hikes and activities to our interests. Will definitely come back!

Πεντακαθαρος χώρος με Wi-Fi για πολλά άτομα αν και εμείς ήμασταν κατά πολύ λιγότεροι με 2 μπάνια φανταστικός για οικογένεια με πάρκινγκ όλο το πακέτο σε κομβικό σημείο για μετακινήσεις πανέμορφη περιοχή της Ελλάδας ο νόμος Μεσσηνίας το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα με ιδιωτικότητα δεν έχει θέα στην θάλασσα μόνο στα μείον αν και το αναφέρει μέσα στο πακέτο περάσαμε υπεροχα

Die Unterkunft liegt 20 Fahr Minuten mit dem Auto zur Altstadt von Nafplion entfernt und 3 Gehminuten an den kleinen, aber sehr schönen Strand. Im Großen und Ganzen hat uns die Lage und auch die Nachbarschaft sehr gut gefallen. Alle waren freundlich und wir würden, falls wir hier mal wieder durchfahren, wieder vorbeikommen. Le logement est spacieux et bien équipé. A disposition il y a deux tables extérieures. Le logement est bien situé pour les sites comme Vassae Olympe l'ancienne Messene et Pylos. La voiture est indispensable au quotidien. L' hôte est très discrète mais toujours disponible et prête à rendre service. Nous avons bénéficié de plusieurs attentions bien appréciées.

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε τρομερό σημείο. Οι παροχές του βοηθούν σε μια άνετη διαμονή. Η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη είναι υποδειγματική. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

The property to was easy to find thanks to the signage on main road than another futher in otherwise would have been difficult to find. Property in a quite location but close to beach . The house and gardens were impecable. House was spacious for a family of 4. Felt very comfortable and cosy. I highly recommend this place for a family. Host attended to all our enquiries during our stay. Would stay here again!!

Spokojne miejsce tuż przy plaży. Słychać szum morza. Dookoła pola uprawne i pojedyncze zabudowania. Mieszkanie świeżo wyremontowane. Duży pokój z aneksem kuchennym, stół z krzesłami, przy którym można zjeść wspólne posiłki. Sypialnie z dużymi łóżkami i czystą pościelą. Pokoje ogrzewane/ochładzane klimatyzacją. Woda grzana bojlerem, który trzeba włączyć. Na balkonie można posiedzieć na krzesełku i wypić kawę. Z mieszkania na pieszo można dojść do kilku sektorów wspinaczkowych. Niedaleko (samochodem) jest dobrze wyposażony market. Kawałeczek dalej piekarnia i warzywniak. Pani gospodyni szybko zareagowała na nasz problem i dodatkowo dostaliśmy od niej swojskie jajka i chałkę. Jedyny mankament, to komary, które wpuściliśmy do pokoi (w oknach są siatki, ale odkryliśmy to później). Bardzo dziękujemy za gościnę 😃

Δωμάτια πεντακάθαρα περιποιημένα. Δεν έλειπε τίποτα. Ο κύριος Γιάννης εκπληκτικός. Φιλικός Κ έτοιμος πάντα να εξυπηρετήσει. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα για μια οικονομική Διαμονη στα Φιλιατρά.

Καταπληκτικό διαμέρισμα , ευρύχωρο , καθαρό , άνετο , ανακαινισμένο ,με όλες τις ανέσεις, όπου καλύπτονται και οι πιο απαιτητικές ανάγκες. Στη καρδιά του κέντρου του Περιστεριού με δύο λεπτά απόσταση με τα πόδια στη πιο vibe κεντρική περιοχή του Περιστεριού. Το διαμέρισμα έχει δύο μεγάλα δωμάτια , μεγάλες ντουλάπες μεγάλη κουζίνα και σαλόνι και το μπάνιο εξαιρετικό και άνετο. Φιλοξενηθήκαμε με νεογέννητο μωρό και ήταν όλα πολύ άνετα. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ !!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, l'appartement est idéalement situé dans un cadre idyllique et d'une tranquillité absolue Nous reviendrons certainement et surtout nous recommandons sans hésiter ce lieu si paisible Merci à vous Georges. Les filles du sud de La France.

Η διαμονή μας στο Airbnb ήταν εξαιρετική! Ο χώρος ήταν καθαρός, άνετος και πλήρως εξοπλισμένος. Η ιδιοκτήτρια ήταν φιλική, ευγενική και πάντα διαθέσιμη να μας βοηθήσει. Μια υπέροχη εμπειρία – σίγουρα θα ξαναέρθουμε!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Georgia et Stathis. Georgia avait préparé des choses pour notre arrivée : Super ! Nous n'avons vu ça nulle part ailleurs ! La maison est grande et propre. La piscine est super !! Stathis et Georgia nous ont également conviés à la fête du village. De supers hôtes ! Il faut noter que la maison est dans un village en montagne. La vue est super. L'endroit est très calme et reposant.

If you are looking for a beautifully renovated space (original stone structure is maintained) in an authentic Greek village, this is the place for you! 10 min drive to the gorgeous Polylimnio Falls with a beautiful herb and vegetable garden in the front yard that the hosts encouraged us to use, makes this a perfect place to retreat to. The hosts were excellent communicators and called us to tell us that there was a celebration in the village square that we could go and check out. The wine that was gifted to us was delicious! Everything is in pristine condition and works perfectly as it is all brand new.
