He was also flexible and easy to work with, allowing us an early check-in and a late check-out, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend staying here!

Nice small studio detached studio apartment. Good off street, gated parking space right in front of unit. Nice little kitchen and bathroom, comfortable bed and nice tv with good WiFi. 5 minute walk to metro, 10 minute walk to old town Monrovia or short drive to lots of shopping and dining. Great location. Close to the 210 freeway so sow traffic noise when outside but quiet inside. Nice seating area outside. Good laundry room outside of rental. Enjoyed my 4 night rental and highly recommended for a single traveler or couple. The best of 3 Airbnb rentals I’ve stayed at in this part of LA.

price is perfect for this stay. stayed a week paid way less then i wouldve a hotel. Private place, private patio was beautiful. a little far from the city itself but overall a good stay.
