Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Arcadia

Lauren’s place was amazing — even better than the photos. It’s bright, stylish, super comfortable, and has great vibes throughout. The main bedroom is a total retreat with a big closet and ensuite, and the second bedroom is cozy and cool. The backyard is next-level — super private with trees, a hot tub, deck, and a great little dining area. Perfect for morning coffee or relaxing at night. Lauren was an awesome host — super responsive, gave GREAT local recs, and clearly has great taste. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

This was one of my top AirBnB experiences! I took my family and my in laws to this spot to be close to the Greek Theatre for a concert, but it was such a treat in and of itself! We were super close to great food and a nice part of town, and were less than twenty miles to everything we wanted to see. Took a hike to the Hollywood sign, checked out the Getty Center, and enjoyed the LA scene. We’re from SD, so it was so nice to find a private, lovely part of our sister city. Norvell was an incredible host, very responsive and friendly whenever we had questions. He even left us a gift at check-in! All of the amenities and rooms were as described on the listing, and it was money well spent. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice weekend in LA!

We enjoyed our stay— I hosted a small birthday party for my daughter, and her friends absolutely loved the place. The highlight was definitely the pool!

Virginia's home was a gem! The garden and hot tub were even more delightful than anticipated and the hummingbird visitors every morning were an excellent surprise.

I loved staying at their home. I was here with my family for a funeral and we brought our 3 dogs. My lab loved it she felt right at home and felt like it was a safe place and private to have our dogs while we came to visit LA

We had a great stay! The house was super spacious — perfect for our large group. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Brooks was an excellent host, very responsive and accommodating, even kindly allowing us a late checkout. We would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely outstanding accommodation with amazing views , amenities and luxuries . Kelly’s place was incredible , the decor and the way she has designed and decorated it is so beautiful and unique. She greeted us on arrival and couldn’t have been more helpful. Gave us recommendation in the local area. The hot tub was a welcome treat at the end of a long day walking around taking in the sights. It’s such an easy walk to the Hollywood walk of fame and a short Uber from everywhere else. We loved the restaurant at the top of the hill Highly recommend Kelly and her wonderful house.

Great place to stay especially for young kids. Although it’s close to freeway, which is great for access, it’s actually pretty quiet. Didn’t notice the freeway noise at all and was very happy with the location. Quiet neighborhood and close to amenities and freeway access. Quick access to Universal, Zoo, and other activities like Griffith Park. House was great and host was responsive. Kids loved the pool and spa!

We would stay at Liza and Pascal’s again in a heart beat! Liza was able to get us early check in which was great. The house was easy to get to and the check in was seamless. The house (particularly the kitchen) is very well stocked so if you want to do your own cooking you are set up well for that. Beds were comfy and the house and outdoor area are very spacious. Liza even went out of her way to deliver a coffee maker and beans so we could brew more coffee outside of the nespresso. Overall 10/10 stay!

The home itself is beautiful, spacious and clean. The outdoor space in the back of the house around the pool provides a sense of seclusion as well...and the pool is quite a bonus (though a $200 fee for turning on the heat and an extra $100 per day for keeping it on is a little bit steep). The Maimon Group is also extremely responsive to needs. I'd gladly stay here again.

My guests and I had a wonderful time at Paula's property. The house was immaculate and Paula was so kind to leave snacks and a welcome card. The house had everything we needed and the layout was wonderful for the amount of guest we had. My favorite part was the peaceful and serene backyard and of course the relaxing hot tub. Paula was so quick to respond and even let us check in early. Overall this was a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this property to anyone. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Paula!

We had a fantastic time at Yan’s place. In total, there were 11 of us: 6 adults, 4 kids, and one infant and there was more than enough room for everyone. Very convenient having a high chair and crib. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Kitchen was beautiful. Beds were super comfortable. Grocery store less than 5 min away and Disneyland drive was less than 15. We defiantly are coming back on our next Disneyland trip.

Very nice house. It is clean and comfortable. I can see that the owner has put in lots of thoughts into it. I would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

This place definitely served its purpose - to give our kids a fun, unique, relaxing, and private place to swim over spring break. The house had pretty much all we needed and whatever we forgot could easily be bought at one of the many nearby retail stores (Target, Vons, etc.). I liked that there were so many choices for food right outside the neighborhood but also convenient proximity to the freeway if we needed to go out of the area. The place definitely has a cozy and family friendly vibe. We enjoyed our stay!

This is a great house in Hollywood Hills, the backyard is a private oasis and the house is very stylish and cool. We really enjoyed our stay here and never wanted to leave the backyard...but there are lots of fun things to do close by.

Nick was very receptive to any requests and went out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable and pleasant. This is a great place to stay, especially if you’re planning to go to Disneyland!
