Excellent accommodations, good quality bed and bath linens, all in good taste, excellent beds and the hostess is very organized and attentive. The difficulties are the location in a town like Joinville where everything is very spread out and we did not want to ride with our car also due to the difficulty of parking in the city, in addition to the lack of commerce nearby. But if the guest wants to get around by car or hasn't gone by plane, it's perfect.

The apartment is very well taken care of and with a unique decoration, which gives the feeling of being at home. It is a great option in Joinville. I recommend it!

A good apartment. The bed was comfortable and everything was well equipped. Electricity shower was kinda strange for me but I heard it is normal in joinville. Showr booth was big. This is really a big plus. There are many small shower booths in other apartments in Joinville. Parking building is close.

For the second time, my family and I were looking for Iara to stay in Joinville. A friendly, helpful and agile host. The house is large, everything was neat and clean, with bath towels and bedding, as well as blankets at our disposal. The outer area is all fenced, with lawn what I the town hall is very quiet about the stay as it was with my puppy. The neighborhood is quiet, close to the bakery, pharmacy, market. The access to the space as we were by car was quiet to arrive, and to the downtown by the br as well. Check in and check out were very simple.

Estadia Tranquila, Fabrício always very helpful. We had a small medical emergency and ended up delaying the exit a little bit, but he was super understanding. Casa corresponds to the photos, very pleasant place, we caught some bass on the property.

Spacious and pleasant apartment with an extended balcony that is a very favorable point. The air-conditioning did not account for the day, but it was because it was very hot, the night cooled well. Equipped with basic items that supply for the days off. We didn't miss it, it was really nice. I will return more often for sure. And the condominium, it's perfect. Everything a family needs to rest and have moments together, beach, swimming pool, games, sport and at Carnival we still had party in the pool. If I could score 1,000 I would give it! Luana is also very much in demand, when I asked to book the outdoor barbecue, she promptly assisted us.

Excellent option for those seeking tranquility and great structure for the family. The apartment is very equipped, it makes us feel at home. It has a good barbecue with equipment. The pools are well maintained. The beach is quiet, without crowds, loud music, family atmosphere, with lifeguards on duty during high season and few vendors. We stayed with our 3-year-old son and it was a lot of fun, every day was sunny, we enjoyed it a lot. I recommend it for those looking for tranquility, enjoying a beach and pool with the family. The condominium has shops in front, but it's also easy to get to the city center by car.
