For the second time, my family and I were looking for Iara to stay in Joinville. A friendly, helpful and agile host. The house is large, everything was neat and clean, with bath towels and bedding, as well as blankets at our disposal. The outer area is all fenced, with lawn what I the town hall is very quiet about the stay as it was with my puppy. The neighborhood is quiet, close to the bakery, pharmacy, market. The access to the space as we were by car was quiet to arrive, and to the downtown by the br as well. Check in and check out were very simple.

The location matches the photos, the hostess was very kind and helpful, the house has plenty of shops nearby, 10-star rating.

It was all very good during the accommodation and the staff always attentive and quick in the returns when it was needed, I recommend :)

Casa marvellous! We spent a holiday of peace and rest, the house has modern and cozy infrastructure, there is absolutely nothing missing. Great play area (pool, lawn, deck) the children had fun in contact with nature. I highly recommend!

The house is just like the pictures! I spent a great weekend with my friends and family in the house. The house was super clean and smelling when we arrived and the outside area is delicious, providing privacy and contact with nature! The neighborhood is very quiet and close to everything. The hosts were very kind and welcomed us very well, and were super flexible with multiple requests from us =)

Espaço corresponds exactly to what was disclosed, super clean and organized environment and strategic location for those who need to move both to the Joinville Center and to neighboring cities such as Araquari and São Francisco do Sul. I practically didn't need Geane's help, but she was always available. I recommend and use it again if necessary.

The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos, the location is excellent and the space was very clean and smelled good! The person who received me was very polite and kind!

We went in 8 people and the house is very spacious, bigger than we imagined from the pictures. The kitchen environment is very comfortable and bright and the TV in the living room is huge. The outdoor area is very pleasant, you can sunbathe in the backyard and enjoy the barbecue area with great privacy. The deck space is also great, we took a couple of kayak and standup turns and it was a lot of fun. The beach bridge is less than 5 minutes walking. Jackson and his wife gave us recommendations of great places to eat around the region and were very helpful. Pastel do Salles and lunch at Camarão in the bucket are not to be missed. All local commerce people are very friendly. Overall we love the stay in the house and in Itapocu. The beach is very quiet for those who like less crowded places, but the sea is more violent. The only observation is that the house does not have floor cloths or sponge or detergent. In the most we assault the hospitality!
