Great place to stay. Exactly as described. We found the bed to be extremely comfortable which is not always the case. Great restaurants in walking distance. Will definitely stay here again. Sabrina was very responsive and proactive about reaching out. We can’t say enough great things.

Loved everything about it. Great for couples. I would imagine it’s tight for two couples, but the neighborhood is central and nice, the beds were comfortable and it was a great experience overall.

This place was exactly like the description and pictures. It was easy to get to and always had parking near the place. Met Joanne the first day, and she was very nice and recommended some places around. When we first walked in, there was a really strong smell of animal urine. I know it was the people before us and not her fault, so I let her know, and within 5 minutes, she was spraying some cleaner to help the smell. An extremely responsive host and always easy to get in touch with. Highly recommend this place for any amount of time.

Eclectic and cozy, this place was perfect. Even had a working turntable and 1970s vinyl records. So close to the Denver Botanical Gardens. Quiet for good sleeping

The place was as described and very convenient to where we wanted to be in this part of Denver. Very clean, very comfortable and completely separate from our hosts property and house. We were very close to my daughter’s house and we were able to walk back-and-forth with no problems. The unit was very clean and our hosts were fantastic and very responsive. We would look to stay here again next time we are in Denver !

We had a wonderful stay at Rachel’s place! We instantly felt at home in her clean, well cared for space. She was a very attentive and responsive host who genuinely cares for her guests comfort. We would definitely stay at Rachel’s place again the next time we visit Denver.

I booked this place for my parents who came and visited from Austria. They really enjoyed their stay and felt right at home! The kitchen was well equipped which they used for their breakfasts. The only thing I have to mention is that there was lots of pet hair upon check in which I tried to remove with a lint roller before my parents came. They had troubles with the TV and the pillows were too big for them. Other than that, would recommend if you are trying to stay close to South Broadway..

Staying at Amy’s place was a real treat. The part of Capitol Hill where the house is located is quite boujee. Gorgeous historical home, quiet taps, great part of town to do morning walks. Amy was proactive about check in instructions and checking in to ensure she was providing s-tier service. The spot is well decorated, water pressure is stellar, bed is cozy. Next time I’m in Denver I’ll be back at this Airbnb.

Lovely stay! The host was so accommodating and the space is amazing. Very open and spacious, clean, and comfortable. I highly recommend this unique airbnb and will 100% stay again if I’m back in the area!

Hannah’s place was so cozy and quaint and perfect for my family of 4! It was easy to find and so private a beautiful. She was so quick to respond to any questions I had and was so sweet! We can’t wait to stay here again!

Fabulous location- close to downtown and beautiful lake. Great kitchen with all utensils needed for cooking. Spacious bathroom/shower. Mike was a great host and responded quickly to questions/concerns. Will absolutely stay again when back in Denver.

This cute, cozy space was the perfect basecamp for our long weekend in Denver. The neighborhood is safe and walkable, with multiple restaurants and an amazing coffee shop, Steam Espresso Bar, within a 5 min walk.

This was the perfect space for our work trip. We were close to so many cute shoos, Japanese food and so much more. We didn’t need any help while we were here. The house is nice and updated. It has a very nice shower and a cute kitchen. We loved that it had a garage for our vehicle. Safe, cute area would stay again.

My teen and I stayed at Rob and Stephanie's place while visiting Denver for 4 days, and we loved it. It was a perfect size for us, especially with the (very comfortable) convertible sofa, and the neighborhood was super walkable, with coffee, a great indie bookstore and indie movie theater and a wide variety of restaurants within a few blocks. Also, Rob and Stephanie were absolutely lovely hosts. When Rob learned we were arriving late at night, he made up the sofa bed for us. The instructions and communication exceeded expectations. I really appreciated the detailed guide book they provided, and all the recommendations were spot on. We were a little nervous about street parking since we didn't arrive until after midnight, but we never had an issue finding a space on the same block as the rental. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The loft apartment was lovely! Thomas communicated with me right away when I had a personal issue and had to adjust my arrival. The place is very convenient, in a lovely area and if you have a DU student, like I do, it's extremely convenient. In addition, when I left for the day and it snowed I returned to clear steps and walkway. Also well stocked and the easy Keurig machine was a nice touch.

Fantastic and affordable space in a great location. Everything was clean and accessible and check in and check out were simple and easy.

This was a wonderful space located in a beautiful neighborhood that was walkable and filled with lovely restaurants, clean parks, stunning homes, and museums.

Such a cute and cozy Airbnb! Very clean and the location was a quick 15 minute drive from everything we wanted to do. I will definitely stay there on my next trip to Denver.
