This was a cute place to stay! It was extremely clean and there were lots of amenities, from kitchen supplies to laundry services. It's also located in a charming and safe area of Denver. The hosts were always very responsive and provided a helpful list of restaurants and activities recommended in the area. I would definitely stay here the next time I visit Denver!

I've stayed in a lot of Airbnbs and this place was small super cozy and had the best kitchen utensils! That might seem strange to mention but it is so important to me. I love to cook for myself that's why I stay in Airbnbs. I think its a big deal! Wonderful little place. Super wonderful shower. A washer dryer combo so cool! I will be back and to stay again.

We had an amazing stay at Kerrie's place! The listing was just as described, and Kerrie was incredibly friendly and welcoming. My children immediately felt at home, especially with all the toys provided, and they spent so much time enjoying the backyard. I had a small accident and needed first aid, and Kerrie was kind enough to provide ointment to help with the wound. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Emily and Steve were so nice and welcoming even though I only happened to run into them once. This is a private, safe, and quiet spot to stay, especially as a solo woman traveler. The street parking was easy and well marked. There were thoughtful touches throughout the place. I can't recommend their place enough! thanks again!

Great place to stay and Tama was very nice and easy to coordinate with. The doggos are very nice. I only bumped into them once in the yard but no trouble at all. Would definitely stay again next time I’m in Denver!

This is a really cute place to stay in a convenient location! Quiet and comfy, close to all the great stuff Denver has to offer, and a nice price. There were also travel recommendations in the room and a record collection to peruse. We had fun reading all the notes from previous guests and loved hearing the occasional little clacking of dog nails above us- it genuinely delighted us every time 😁 Kyle and Britany (and the doggies) are great hosts! I highly recommend booking with them.

I had a comfortable stay at Jack’s place and I’d recommend it to anyone staying in the area.

First time in colorado and we stayed in this little home extension, it was really a nice place to chill and relax after being out all day exploring and hiking. The sauna and jacuzzi both functioned great and the place was clean

This place was just what we needed, it was affordable and gave us a clean, quiet home base for our vacation activities. Heather provided clear instructions and everything was as described. It’s a short drive from major attractions, including Red Rocks. They mention the sound of walking around being heard from the basement but it was hardly noticeable!

Nicole and John were great hosts! This place was perfect for my week long stay vin Denver. The bed was nice and comfy. The bathroom was clean and larger than I expected. I loved the little sitting area when you enter as it was a separate space from the bedroom. The shared laundry and kitchenette worked perfectly, as well as the cute outdoor area. I highly recommend!

Fantastic place to stay, just like the photos and in a very nice quiet neighbourhood. We loved the arrangement of the beds since we have young children. The location was ideal too for getting where we wanted to, lots of delicious restaurants nearby too, our favourite was Morning Story! The living space itself was very spacious for 6 of us but also had a cozy, homey feel to it. Paul was a great host too, very responsive and the information provided on the listing was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again if in the area!

My partner and I really enjoyed Leah's place for our 10 night stay. It was beautifully designed, very clean, and well stocked. The location was great being very close to 2 grocery stores, coffee shops, Cheesman Park and more. I would highly recommend her place to others!

This place exceeded my expectations and was even better than described! I had a perfect weekend stay. The space is directly below the house so expect to hear noise if you’re sensitive to that! This did not disrupt my stay at all.

While I didn’t personally meet Peter and Anne, they were very attentive via messaging and were some of the most generous hosts I’ve experienced. Their studio is perfect for solo travelers. Cozy but filled with pretty much all the amenities of an entire house. The sourdough they provided was bakery quality, and I ate nearly the entire loaf myself! They also didn’t require or request me to do any parting chores, a rarity in my experience, which really helped me out when I was scrambling to check out on time. Would definitely recommend their place!

We really enjoyed our stay there. We were 3 friends getting together for a couple of days and the place was perfect. It is 2 levels, so be aware of that. There's a large grocery store as well as a number of restaurants all in walking distance. We didn't do a lot of in house cooking, but there were enough supplies there for the basics, in fact we found the amenities quite sufficient. Our host was very helpful, and always responded right away. All in all it was a great time.

this rental was spacious,comfortable ,and super clean. Location is perfect, close to public transportation, local brewerys, restaurants and bars, but tucked away in a quiet pocket with a nice greenway a block from your door.

Cozy! Perfect spot for a family visit for the weekend. Erick was also super communicative, and provided us with extra blankets for the extreme cold weather we had while we were there. Would book again!

Great place for one or two people near the shops and restaurants of Platt Park. Very clean and quiet.
