I've stayed in a lot of Airbnbs and this place was small super cozy and had the best kitchen utensils! That might seem strange to mention but it is so important to me. I love to cook for myself that's why I stay in Airbnbs. I think its a big deal! Wonderful little place. Super wonderful shower. A washer dryer combo so cool! I will be back and to stay again.

Visited Denver for a conference, Kerrie's place was a great find! The house itself is great with all the amenities you need, Kerrie was a great host, super responsive and friendly. The neighborhood is a blast - tons to do in terms of restaurants, bars and thrifting. fwiw getting to downtown via public transit was super easy and convenient. Highly recommend!

We loved this place. The space was clean and welcoming. Neighborhood is quite nice as well. Easily walkable to plenty of restaurants and entertainment. I would absolutely stay here again! Nothing but good things to say.

GREAT place to stay for a solo traveler. Great hostess and was always responsive. Appreciated the complimentary drinks in the private fridge and also the accommodation of the coat coming from a warm climate it was SO appreciated by the hostess. She had great direction and I checked in no issues and free convenient parking for own car. Just an easy way to see and visit Denver and close to everything you would need in downtown Denver or even when I needed an hour a half visit to somewhere, it was just easy to get to and back. THANK you so much to Emily for providing me the coat and the space heater to someone who didn't prepare very well for the coldness of the trip. GREAT availability of the tv to watch as well with bathroom amenities if you had forgotten toiletries.

We genuinely enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb in South Denver. Eric and Brandy were communicative throughout the process from post-booking to checkout. Instructions for parking, finding, and checking-in at The Nest were easy to follow. And the studio was gorgeous in person! It was very clean, and included every amenity / appliance we needed for a long weekend trip. The bed was cozy, the kitchen was well organized, and the space was very thoughtfully designed. They even had a specific Netflix account for the unit which was very nice. We enjoyed making breakfasts, taking walks around the neighborhood, visiting nearby parks, and trying popular restaurants in the area. For a bonus, Eric and Brandy helped us with bringing in a grocery delivery before we checked-in, because we landed pretty late. Overall it was a fantastic experience, we definitely recommend staying at The Nest on your next trip to Denver.

Cute place in a very handy location. We were in town for a family event and it was easy to come and go. We found the house cozy and comfortable and the host had everything we could have wanted. Everything was thoughtfully done and very welcoming. Excellent and very quick communication was appreciated but we didn’t need much while visiting. Overall a very positive visit.

Had a great stay w/ Jack! The neighborhood is peaceful and walkable to anything you could need in the area. Jack was a very accommodating host w/ a ton of local recommendations for me and my family who were in town as well. The unit is clean, and the bed is super comfy - since it's a basement unit, it gets virtually no natural light, but the convenience of the in-unit W/D surely makes up for that.

Our stay here was amazing for our weekend trip in Denver! It was clean affordable and had everything we needed! It was four of us during our stay and it was perfect for resting after sight seeing and to just hang out, thank you for an amazing space!

Jason’s place was the perfect location for our stay in Denver. It was easy to find, street parking was always readily available, and it was walking distance to some great spots. If you’re there for the first Friday Santa Fe Arts District art walk, you’re only a couple blocks from the action. Jason was extremely proactive and responsive and we felt right at home. Great place and great value for Denver. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

This was a really great place to stay! The home was well kept and had great amenities. There were so many fun things to do within walking distance and the proximity to downtown Denver and University of Denver was also great!

It was great. Looked nice, was very clean and well-appointed. A King Soopers in the neighborhood was convenient. Although it was in the listing, the only thing wrong was there was a bathtub instead of a shower. Maybe if it was mentioned more prominently, it would be less likely to miss it.

Family of 3. Stayed for three nights for a visit with daughter, and concert (Brit Floyd) at Red Rocks. The apartment was the perfect location for us. Close to family and venue. Clean, as described. Tenants on first floor, quiet and respectful. Would 100% stay again!

Alexi was a great host. I had reached out to her to get us an iron because we had no time to take clothes to cleaners the next day we arrived since we had to attend a graduation early morning. I really did appreciate her help and support with that.

This was my 1st time visiting Denver (and Colorado for that matter). I chose Peter and Anne’s place because it was highly rated and close to downtown, but in a more quiet, historic (and charming) neighbourhood, just south of the hustle and bustle of downtown. My week away felt like a retreat. Peter and Anne made me feel at home by offering eggs from their hens, fresh bread, and wine. They were welcoming from day one! They made sure I was comfortable. Although it was a basement in their home, it was private, very bright, and had undergone a high-end renovation. It did not feel like a basement, but more like a spa. It was a spacious studio with a large sleeping area and full kitchen and gorgeous bathroom. The neighbourhoods had plenty of local shops, cafes, grocers, and restaurants- like a village. It was centrally located, so I was able to do my 15-18 mile daily walks without any problems. I felt safe and happy the whole week. I would highly recommend this place! Thank you Peter & Anne!

This place is AMAZING! Built in 1904, this is a historical home. You will be transported into our American past, the basement has been fully restored to resemble a 1920s speakeasy. You will have the comforts of 21st-century amenities while relaxing into the soothing past of the 1920s. Set in a beautiful garden neighborhood, you have walking access to the botanical gardens and breakfast at historical Cheeseboro Park. A very short and affordable (depending on the time) Uber/Lift to LoDo, Coors Park, or Empower Field. Quick access to all of the fun breweries, nightlife, and restaurants in LoDo. Full accommodations and all of the amenities you would ever need. Robert (the homeowner) is very friendly, accessible and quick for any needs. ***** I cannot recommend this location enough!

Phil’s studio was perfect. Beautiful back yard and just an amazing place to get away for a few days. Loved the privacy and having my own kitchen and bathroom. The TV was also very nice

Had a wonderful stay at Vicki's!! It's a very cute, well maintained space and if I ever find myself in Denver again I will 10000% stay at her place again!

Our stay was everything we hoped for. The apartment felt like a home away from home with luxury. The shower was my favorite part. The location is far enough away from the action to be quiet but close enough to be accessible to everything by foot and scooter. We will be back!

She was very very helpful. The apartment was great. Highly recommend for anyone travelling to Denver. Perfect spot to use as a central base to explore.
