Cottage holiday rentals in Arandu

My Family and I had a great stay at the property. The hostess was extremely proactive and attentive throughout the reservation, which made all the difference. The space met expectations well and we didn't have any problems throughout the days we stayed there. The region offers a variety of activities, mainly linked to water activities at the dam, which has easy access through the condominium and a very attractive freshwater beach. I recommend and would host again!

Paulo's house has an excellent division between the space for rest(suites) and the space for socializing, providing well-being for all guests, according to the age, desire and routine of each one🥰!!! The location is easily accessible, even at night! Gated and safe condominium! Great mattresses, we all slept very well!!! The bathrooms are perfect for a relaxing bath! We do not use the hydro because of the cold, but it was at our disposal. Kitchenware, crockery, microwave, oven, stove, fridge, fridge, all spotless for our amenity and comfort! Loved the integrated get-together space, furnishings and decor🙃!!! Flexible check in and check out, according to our need, and without delay!!! Instant response from host😉!!! Very well-equipped, comfortable house. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds, great bathrooms. Great leisure structure, such as a swimming pool, barbecue area, lawn. Very well maintained house! We had a great family stay.

The house has accommodated us well, is comfortable and has all the necessary structure. There are two suites and a bedroom with a bathroom next to it, all with a double bed. We were very well received by the hosts, who were willing to assist in what was necessary, including making our check-in and checkout more flexible. The place is ideal for rest, as the condominium is very peaceful and tasty. Record only a few observations: the swimming pool is air-conditioned, not heated, I even recommend that you call hosts whenever they need to tinker with something in its operation, because unfortunately we end up altering something wrong, which caused damage to the hydromassage and we need to pay the costs of the repair; the house is located in an area of land, but very close to paved roads; it is feasible to check the availability of hosts if they wish to access the club, as access is restricted to visitors, being unable to enter and leave unaccompanied by the owners. Overall, excellent home!

The house is really very nice. Everything was very well organized and clean. It has everything you need for a safe and quiet stay. Very clean, smelling and quality bed linens. The decoration of the house and rooms left us in every detail, not to mention that all 5 bedrooms are suites and with air-conditioning. The condominium where the house is located is very safe and beautiful. The front-to-house dam is very clean and with quiet waters, where we could swim, kayak and practice stand up paddle (which the house provides), not to mention that enjoying the sauna at the end of the day was also a delight. We will definitely be back!

We love the house and plan to come back more often. The comodes are well distributed, the house is cozy and the location is great. We stayed 5 days and was worth it. adriano is attentional and available; communication was very quiet.

Think of a place where everyone felt like home All very well cared for. It's so much better than the pictures. Best place we've ever stayed at Airbnb. Mr. Luiz and D. Fatima always respond quickly. The reception with Valeria and Eli was exceptional, always in a good mood and very helpful. The house is very safe, easy to get to and close to the city if you need anything. Our Estádia was extremely pleasant and met all our expectations. We were able to enjoy the family holiday in a beautiful and very complete place. The host was also always available to guide and help us by intermediating contact with the homemaker. The house is very spacious and although old is cozy, all facilities were available. The house is good, well located and with a very beautiful view. There were some unexpected things about cleanliness, but the host was very attentive and resolved the unexpected. One point we saw is that the living room/sofa area is not very safe for those who have small children between 1-3 years old (our case, my daughter is 1 years and 6 months old and we had to stay behind her all the time so she doesn't fall) but this is not the owner's fault, you just have to be very careful when you go with small children. The Wi-Fi tbm signal is not one of the best if you have to use it for work, but it is okay to surf the internet. We recommend the house!

Great place to stay, the house is old but a clean place, I just missed the air conditioning, the heat was terrible, but the place softened a lot, Renato gave us a great attention, a place I will return for sure! Of course! If our good God allows! I would recommend it!

Excellent host with amazing reception

The place is even more beautiful in person. Very well distributed space, well separated environments, swimming pool with great natural heating due to the floors outside, in addition to bringing immense peace because it is far from everything. We've all had one of the best new year we've ever had, we're so grateful for that. For those who want to take some time away from the noise of the city, with privacy and a great climate, I highly recommend it.

The house is a delight, cozy and very well structured. The site (condominium/dam) is really special. Casa pé na água, with ample lawn, which gives a huge peace to those who are there. Josi, who takes care of the house, is extremely attentive and helpful. It was a great stay, I want to go back!

It's definitely one of the best on Airbnb. A very pleasant environment, a lot of super well-preserved nature, a warm pool in the shade, at the edge of the dam, a wonderful sunset. The house is super well assembled, accommodates with a lot of comfort, you feel at home, and in addition to everything there is Josy that makes the environment even more welcoming, her food is wonderful, makes the purchase for you, arranges the beds, fix the table, you wake up with breakfast ready, with delicious rolls, much better than a lot of 5-star hotel out there. We left there thinking when we will return, and with the desire to take Josy home. The owners are from Congratulations for everything.
