The yellow house is in front of the Jurumirim dam, in a closed allotment with 24 houses. It is surrounded by a lawn with beautiful trees, and the sun sets right in front of the dam. A show by piece. The main house has 3 suites, living room, dining room, kitchen , bathroom, a large terrace with 2 rooms and swimming pool. The little house (behind the main one, very charming) has 2 more bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a cozy living room. Capacity to comfortably accommodate 13 people and a baby.

Wonderful Farm in front of the dam!

Chácara simples on the edge of the Jurumirim dam w/private beach at the best location in the area! There are 8,000 m2 of land, house with full barbecue, living room with Smart TV, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, wi-fi signal 10MB, orchard with fruit trees, large lawn, private pier, boat ramp. We leave 2 kayaks with vests to navigate the clean water of the dam. Receptive made by the local housekeeper. Ideal for families, a group of friends and couples. A true paradise in São Paulo!

Stunning house, on the beach and with sunset

Wonderful, cozy house located in the city of Arandu - passing Avaré, about 2h45 from SP - on a large plot of land filled with many trees, with a swimming pool and in front of the Jurumirim dam, this place is ideal for relaxing, for children to play, enjoy nature and escape the madness of the city. For many years, this place and this house have provided our family, friends and neighbors with spectacular memories and moments, which we wish you now also have!

Nearby there are hotels, restaurants, bakeries, mini-markets, marina and other facilities. The kitchen is well equipped, with a stove, microwave oven, duplex refrigerator, dishes, pots and plates.
