The house is very spacious and comfortably accommodates the whole family. Swimming pool, soccer field, volleyball, pool table, foosball, ping-pong, kayaks, trampoline, slide and board games guarantee family fun. The leisure area next to the house, with a barbecue, brings together family and friends. The yellow house is in front of the Jurumirim dam, in a closed allotment with 24 houses. It is surrounded by a lawn with beautiful trees, and the sun sets right in front of the dam. A show by piece. The main house has 3 suites, living room, dining room, kitchen , bathroom, a large terrace with 2 rooms and swimming pool. The little house (behind the main one, very charming) has 2 more bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a cozy living room. Capacity to comfortably accommodate 13 people and a baby.

The neighborhood (Costa Azul) is nice and full of fruit trees. The freshwater beach is calm, great for bathing and fishing. Nearby there is super market, bakery, ice cream shop and marina. Rotating steakhouse is a 6-minute drive and seafood restaurant is a 12-minute drive away.
