Aparthotel holiday rentals in Arabian Sea

A soulful Goan stay Our group of 6 stayed at this beautiful aparthotel for 3nights and it was nothing short of incredible. Right from the booking process, Jason ( host) was extremely polite and accommodating. His warmth made me feel like choosing Airbnb was the right call, especially for me who’s always been fascinated by the concept of hosting and travel communities. We were greeted and onboarded by Raju, who took care of everything needed and answered all our queries. The property thoughtfully designed with warm lighting, wooden artwork, and unique antique elements like dragonfly doorknobs, plenty of mirrors that added character. We made full use of the swimming pool and had a blast. We met Jason and his lovely family toward the end of our stay. We had heartfelt conversations about creativity, travel, spirituality and life in general. He gifted us some of his books, such a genuine gesture. Highly recommend this place for the warmth and soul behind it. Can’t wait to come back!

We arrived around midnight and received professional, friendly assistance from Adejoke (Guest Relations) - he and others seemed genuinely keen to provide a good impression. The room was comfortable and quite quiet. Having a small kitchen was very useful, especially as a large grocery store is less than a block away, so good for catering for a quick evening meal and breakfast. For our short overnight stay travelling between Australia and Europe we found the hotel very well placed close to the airport. We will be happy to stay here again during our next travels.

Great stay, easy to reach. Very clean. Not expensive at all, tv was working good, AC was working great, and thanks for the plates and utensils it was so convenient. The staff was friendly. Overall Amazing.

We loved our stay at Kathleen’s place! Kathleen was an amazing host and always so helpful for everything we needed. The location is amazing, too - just a 1-2 minute scooter ride from lots of shops and restaurants and also around a 3-4 minute ride to an amazing beach. We’ll definitely stay at this place again!

Friendly Staff, tasty food, best price. Quite a good price/quality ratio, normal for a short stay.

A couple of things were a hit and a miss but overall I loved the stay with a great view and proper amenities. God bless!

Хороший отель ! У нас был номер Делюкс с отдельной спальней , гостиной и кухней . Заселили быстро и раньше положенного времени на 3 часа . Номер просторный , слегка потрепанный , но выглядит все прилично . Есть маленький балкончик . Натягивала верёвочку для сушки купальников . В ванной тоже есть крючки и полки в достаточном количестве . Мыло , бумагу , шампунь выдают . Полотенец по моей просьбе принесли и для рук , и для ног )) На кухне есть холодильник , чайник , по запросу принесли плиту , сковороду и кастрюлю . Был небольшой набор посуды , но тарелки только мелкие . Воду мы сами покупали в соседнем магазине . Из крана пить нельзя ! И готовить на ней тоже не желательно . Кстати удивили горячей водой . Во многих гостиницах она чуть теплая течет , а здесь горячая ! В спальне удобные мягкие матрацы и подушки . Есть сейф , шкаф , утюг . Рядом стройка , но здание уже построено , поэтому тихо ведут отделочные работы . Мечеть рядом есть , но мулу не разу не слышали . На пляж возит микрравтобус . Мест не всегда хватает на тот рейс который вам удобен , поэтому ждали следующий . Персонал приветливый . Все у них - ноу проблем . Добраться с аэропорта Дубаи Терминал 2 можно на автобусе √313 . Стоит 17 дирхам наличкой . Оплата в самом автобусе . По 2 ГИС найдите остановку ближе к отелю , чтоб не "тащиться " потом с автобусного вокзала . Деньги поменяйте в аэропорту ( там нормальный курс ) . Такси дорого . Едешь вроде по счётчику , по приезду водитель нажимает кнопку на счётчике и "фигак" в 2 раза дороже получается . Мы в шоке были от этих фокусов . Обратно из гостиницы тоже на автобусе ехали . Они ходят каждые 20 - 30 мин. В пути 45-60 мин. Зависит от загруженности дорог . Автобус останавливается на остановке Al Majaz 1 (фото) Надеюсь моя информация вам пригодится , т.к. все таки сложно бывает ориентироваться в чужом месте . Гостиницу однозначно рекомендую в плане цена- качество . Персоналу за их работу большое спасибо ! Многие говорят и понимают по русски . Отоварилась вещами в Day to Day по 10 дирхам . Качество конечно не айс , но ассортимент большой . От гостиницы одну остановку пройти в сторону автобуса идущего в Дубаи .
