The holiday home "Logement Plages" is located in Villeneuve-sur-Lot and is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing getaway. This 110 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), cable and satellite TV, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer as well as children's books and toys.

Ideal studio for workers with breakfast

Our studio is located on private land next to our house. It was refurbished in 2022 to accommodate workers from Monday to Saturday. It is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with a terrace. Private and secure parking with direct access to the ring road (15 mins airbus, 25 mins from Toulouse, 5 mins from Isle Jourdain). Ideal for 3 people maximum. Breakfast is included (detailed below). Linens, towels, duvet and pillows included. All you have to do is drop off your bags.

Large bedroom (22m2), bd GARNIER, on the first floor of a 1924 house, overlooking the sea and the Cordouan lighthouse . Bed of 160. Breakfast (coffee, tea or milk chocolate orange juice brioche butter jams) offered in a veranda facing the sea. There is only the street to cross to go to the great beach of Royan. Shared bathroom and toilets. Microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle at your disposal in the veranda Refrigerator and small freezer on the landing

La Fontaine Gite with Jacuzzi

This family home, ideally located just a 3-minute walk from the village center, comfortably accommodates 4 adults and 1 child, thanks to a convertible sofa. The house is fully fenced, providing you with independent access for a peaceful stay. Relaxation Area A private jacuzzi, situated under the terrace, is available and can accommodate up to 3 people (2 seated and 1 lying down), perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing.

Chalet du Pibeste au chalet-pibeste

Wooden chalet, perched at 3.5 m on the edge of the Pibeste nature reserve. Come and spend 2 romantic nights or a week with family in an exotic and comfortable setting. Equipped with a small kitchen, 2 open bedrooms, 160 bedding, shower room and regular toilet, a terrace with view of the peaks and a private jacuzzi, TV. Breakfast on the 1st and last day is included. Cottage for 2 adults and 1 child, ideal for couples, hikers.

Independent studio-apartment 5 minutes from the beach. Excellent views over San Sebastian Bay, lots of light, 5 windows, all exterior and new; work/eat/cooking area, kitchen utensils, full bathroom with large shower; large 1.50x2.00 double sofa bed, continental breakfast, Wi-Fi, TV. We are in a quiet and very safe residential area a few minutes from downtown walking along the Bay or by bus. Free parking on the same street.

We are one of three residences in a tiny hamlet, surrounded by rolling hills to explore, by foot or on bike. We are only a 5 minute drive from local amenities, and 15 minutes from the popular and picturesque village of Lectoure.
