Wonderful stay, super cozy and comfortable apartment, with all the utensils we need, not to mention in the wonderful space of the flat, seashore and swimming pools.

Perfect location for the family, complete condominium, great infrastructure with soccer field, volleyball, swimming pool and restaurant. On the beach and very close to the beach park. Very attentive owner, everything perfect when we arrived and took care of everything we need. Very good New Year's Eve party at the condo, best place! Would recommend!

Apartment exactly as it is in the pictures. All very clean and quality bedding. The very equipped kitchen. Apartment easily accommodates 7 people. Air conditioning in the living room was excellent. All air conditioners worked very well. Bath in the bedroom was a differential. Extremely safe condominium. Very clean and with various activities. The ideal is to be by car because on foot it is difficult to get around. We were unable to have breakfast in the restaurant (you need to make reservation). We were also unable to have lunch at the restaurant (it was packed). We had a small mismatch at check-in (information on the key lock code) which was promptly resolved by Mr. Raul. In the end, we felt at home for a week that I was with my family!! Voltaria for sure.

Guilherme is a great host! Very attentive, polite and kind. This was a really fantastic experience! We hope to return to the location more often. Congratulations on the work and the apartment! Just see if you can put an air fryer in there... Everything will be even better! LOL.... Best regards.

Everything is great, the leisure infrastructure of the condominium is excellent. It was a holiday and even had service in the pool (bar/ portions). Access to the beach is very beautiful. Internet good, apartment is like the photos, well-equipped kitchen, etc. The owner was extremely attentive and kind in accommodating our orders. Always responded very quickly. Staff of the building all cordial as well. Even on holiday, the condominium did not give a feeling of stocking, had leftover spaces in the garage, tables and chairs left over in the pool area... and the amnbiente is very familiar, with children, no mess, loud music or large groups.

The apartment is great, clean, cozy. Comfortable rooms, an amazing balcony and a very complete kitchen. The hostess was extremely kind and attentive all the time, seeking to make sure everything was ok in the listing and even guiding on how to make a change I needed to make to the reservation. We love our stay in your Manuel's apartment that, attentive and understandable, met all our needs. The apartment is very comfortable and cozy, we feel truly at home. The complete kitchen favored so that we ate all the meals in the unit, without any difficulty. The condominium has characteristics of a family environment and has several cool spaces. Anyway, our stay was wonderful and we hope to return soon.

Matheus excellent host...without having to complain only to thank...we had some unforeseen events as an example the sandwich maker had stopped working promptly was bought another and already took us a new one...apt top d+ with everything that was necessary for us who stayed for 5 days..... sensational condominium pool my daughter loved it, the porters always requested we asked ifood one day at lunch restaurant Biro Beach super into account and good food... at night we ordered pizza Beach very good tbm indico... The beach in the very quiet front, we walked to Beach Park down the main street and back down the beach very cool. No doubt I will recommend to friends or we will return...hehe...Valeu Matheus continue like this ;)

It was all wonderful! The place is amazing with many leisure areas and activities, the children loved! Apto is excellent, it has everything we need and quite orgazinhado and clean. The condominium has a large leisure area and access to the beach, restaurants, a grocery store and pizza trailers, burgers and açaí at night. The apartment is on the first floor, close to one of the pools, a beautiful view of the balcony. Very good beds, air-conditioning and electric shower. Bathroom amenities, equipped kitchen. It is designed to make the family stay very enjoyable.

This is our second time going to that apt. The place is amazing, it has the beach park structure, employees and activities of the group. Although it does not have free access to the park,it is glued to it. It has a direct access to the beach. The room is well equipped and faithful to the photos. Ideal for all ages!

It was all wonderful! The impeccable, organized, clean apartment overlooking the sea, in a condominium that had everything. The security of the place, since the concierge,me and my family love it. I hope to return when I visit the family again in Fortaleza.

Second time I rent Gerson and Pedrita's apartment and I feel at home! Organization, cleaning, structured condominium, bedding and towels… all exceptional! The smallest details are carefully arranged by the hosts (I loved the banana cake!). Every penny paid is worth it. I will come back more often.

We spent amazing days with the family, the condominium is spectacular, there are restaurants, a mini market, a food truck with pizza, hamburgers, açaí. Apartment near the beach. Mario was always available, responding promptly. We loved it and hope to be back soon.
