Holiday rentals with breakfast in Aquidneck Island

We had a great stay!! After reading all the great reviews, our kids were excited to see what “treat” they would get…and Diane did not disappoint! She was also very responsive with any questions we had. 100% would stay there again!!

From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found a hidden gem. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even more charming than the photos. Every detail—from the cozy linens to the fully stocked kitchen—showed how much care and thought went into creating a welcoming space. Our host was incredible: responsive, friendly, and genuinely invested in making our stay unforgettable. They provided great local recommendations and even left a thoughtful welcome gift that made us feel right at home. The location was ideal—peaceful and quiet, yet just minutes from great restaurants, shops, and sights. Waking up to the view from the balcony each morning felt like a dream. We didn’t want to leave and will absolutely be back. If you’re considering this place, don’t hesitate. It’s even better than you’re imagining!

Wonderful stay near nature preserves — we were visiting Allen’s Pond and Norman’s Bird Sanctuary. House was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated with a lot of art & beautiful plants. Very well appointed kitchen (good cookware) with coffee, tea, and many other sundry items. Ellen checked in with us & had clear instructions, which was great. Hope to visit again someday!

Mark was extremely responsive and any question or request that I made. Excellent to communicate with. We very much enjoyed using the backyard patio and his lobster pot with propane gas fuel for boiling our delicious Maine lobsters which we picked up just around the corner. Location was ideal for walking to restaurants and beautiful residential areas in the charming neighborhood. If you items need repair in the house, and general could use a little updating with linens, mattresses, and lighting. But for host, responsiveness, ideal, location, and backyard dining, you couldn’t ask for anything better.

We wanted a unique stay not too far from home for a brief break in our lackluster winter routine. Ken's farm certainly filled the bill. The best description we can come up with for the house is that it is part antique store, part natural history museum, part collectibles emporium, part library, and part very cozy home! We have never stayed in such an interesting, spacious, comfortable, and well-stocked Airbnb before. Ken is a very personable host who gave us a tour of the home he obviously loves after first having helped us lug our belongings from the truck. He answered questions promptly, kept the walkways clear of snow and ice, gave us fresh eggs from his chickens for breakfast, and had started a welcoming fire in one of the two fireplaces just prior to our arrival. If you are looking for a quiet country setting with a few pleasant surprises, Kenneth's farm is the place to be!

I worked hard to feel like I was a good guest. Sarah told me I went above and beyond by the many cleaning tasks I undertook, triggered by my boyfriend getting cut by glass on his foot trying to fold towels. That does not take away from Sarah or the property as a whole, because I believe these were overlooked tasks by the cleaning crew and therefore maintenance staff were unaware of it. It was almost immaculate until I started realizing that it was not as as tip top as the standards of cleanliness at “Top down housekeeping”, who’s owner and staff are thorough, honest & flexible with pricing.

We had a great stay here at James’ property. Everything was as advertised and ran smoothly. James was very clear with all instructions and was responsive. Would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking to be close to Newport.

Carol's place in Pawtucket was absolutely wonderful for our family gathering during the Boston Marathon weekend. We had a few kids and several adults, and the house comfortably accommodated all of us. It truly felt like a home away from home. We especially appreciated having a spacious area for meals and cozy evenings playing board games. Carol has a fantastic selection – our entire family had a blast playing Apples to Apples. The location was also a huge plus for us. It was conveniently close to Hopkinton, making it easy to get dropped off for the Boston Marathon shuttles. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay, and it turned out to be one of the best family trips we've ever taken. We highly recommend Carol's house for families looking for a comfortable and well-equipped place to stay in the Pawtucket area.

Tara is a wonderful host. The apartment is beautiful and has great decor. The fenced in yard is awesome, we lived out there! The neighborhood is very cute and walkable. We felt right at home. Be sure to check out her yoga studio if you're in town & like hot yoga!

We stayed 2 nights toward the end of Summer. It was about 1/2 hour outside of Newport, which we knew. We spent most of our time in and around Newport. If you don’t mind the back and forth, it’s perfect to sneak away from the crowds. Suzanne and Dan were very friendly and helpful. The apartment is the perfect size for 2 people and stocked with what you would need, if you want to cook or not. It was very clean and uncluttered with no knickknacks around. Due to time constraints we didn’t get to enjoy the yard, but could see it was very pretty and well maintained. We would recommend and stay again if we are in the area.

Martha was a wonderful host! She has been nothing but sweet. It is a wonderful location if friends and families are visiting for graduation. The parking is easy and there are many restaurants and cafes in the area! The space was beautiful and so spacious for our large group. It has been a wonderful stay!

The studio is cozy, very clean and well equipped! Ronni is a thoughtful and available host. We would definitely return to her house.

We had a wonderful stay here! Bethany was incredibly attentive and we actually got to meet her & chat while on the property. The location is great, just steps from the waterfront and walking distance to a local park. Very private & quiet area, and the unit came supplied with everything we could’ve needed. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Joan was very responsive. The Airbnb was clean, in a safe place, all amenities were available plus extras. It was walkable to Narragansett town. So much to do. Beaches, shopping, restaurants. It was a great trip!

I always enjoy my stay at the Well Appointed Pad! I have stayed at Michael's more times than I can count at this point. I travel to the area often to visit friends, be near the ocean, ride bikes and eat delicious food. This place is perfectly located a couple blocks from Westerly's downtown area. If you like to cook many of your meals, like I do, you'll find Michael's kitchen to be stocked with all the kitchen tools and small appliances you may need. I am not joking here. I've cooked in many restaurant kitchens. This is the place! If you happen to be a cycler, like me, there's an excellent bike shop less than a mile away with the most knowledgeable bike mechanic who knows all the best routes, short, long, hilly, flat, to the beach...everything. If you just want to chill, well Michael's place is also excellent for this! He's got chaises in the side yard, a backyard for drinks with friends, a porch with rocking chairs. It's perfect!

Our stay at this Airbnb in Newport, Rhode Island, was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, our host, Pat, made everything feel smooth-sailing (pun absolutely intended!). She went above and beyond to ensure our visit was seamless, warm, and incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights? Waking up to homemade cinnamon muffins—truly the best we’ve ever had—served with a side of fresh fruit and kindness. It felt like staying with an old friend who just happens to be a phenomenal baker! We were also lucky enough to meet Zane, her sweet and beautiful husky, who added an extra dose of joy to our trip. Her generosity and flexibility made all the difference—allowing us to check in early and check out late so we could fully relax and make the most of our time in Newport. Every thoughtful touch and kind gesture made this stay unforgettable. If you're lucky enough to find availability at this gem, book it immediately. You won’t regret it!

We had a very nice 1 night stay. the room was clean and comfortable. Heidi the innkeeper is super nice and knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast in the conservatory was delicious with a fantastic view.

Second time staying here and would absolutely go back next time we are in Newport!

Wonderful place, good location, very friendly staff!

What a delightful stay. The room was spotless and adorable. And private! Though it was attached to the house, we didn’t hear a peep from anywhere inside or out. We like to walk and went into town several times a day for shopping, sight seeing and restaurants. The neighborhood was beautiful and safe, with plenty of sidewalks and courteous drivers. We even walked over to the grocery for snacks. The room had coffee, cream and sugars as well as cutlery and plates for our snacks and the bathroom was clean with plenty of towels and a nice shower. We are so glad that we got to meet our hosts in the yard upon leaving and had a wonderful conversation. It was the perfect little spot for the two of us.

Connie and Frank’s house is in a great location in the middle of Jamestown with easy access to the local restaurants and close to the different state parks on the island. The top floor suite is a very nice space. Very clean. Connie is a great host. The baked goodies she provides are very nice!

Rick was amazing and his place was beautiful! He gave us a free upgrade and let us check in early which was perfect for us to get a head start to our vacation. Great spot to walk easily to the shops and restaurants.

It was one of the best experiences I had with Airbnb, all thanks to Rebecca's kindness and predisposition. My husband and I were treated like kings. The house is beautiful, super cozy, with a great view and the neighborhood is very quiet. Perfect location to visit Newport (30 minutes by car). The breakfast prepared by Rebecca is great and her talks very interesting and enjoyable! She took the trouble to go and buy us delicious fresh strawberries. We will miss her! Hopefully we will be back soon!
