The property is close to downtown Newport & ideally located between three beaches. The cozy unit has a queen bed, full bath & kitchenette with coffee maker, fridge, and toaster oven. There is a small deck with ocean views, access to ocean front, outdoor shower and off street parking. We provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella and towels.

Beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 Bath apartment with separate entrance close to 1st, 2nd & 3rd Beaches & St. George’s School. Beautiful country setting & only 5-10 min drive to downtown Newport. Private entrance. Parking for 1-2 cars, free use of beach chairs. Guests have use of the BBQ Grill & Outdoor Shower. Actual distances to area beaches: 2nd Beach 1 mile; 3rd Beach 1.4 miles; 1st Beach 1.4 miles.

Built in 1881, our home is walking distance to downtown Newport, the Cliff Walk, and First Beach. The third floor suite features two large bedrooms (both queen size), an expansive living area, a private full bath, and your own eat-in kitchen. We are licensed by the City of Newport as an approved Airbnb site. We typically require a minimum two night stay during the busy summer weekends.
