Una soluzione ottima per chi cerca una casa in una zona tranquilla, vicina al mare. La casa di Cosimo é estremamente fedele alla descrizione, comoda per una famiglia di 4 persone. Pulita e funzionale all’interno, una meraviglia lo spazio esterno. Uscendo e percorrendo un breve sentiero si arriva sul mare. Nel nostro caso, probabilmente per il periodo ancora non di alta stagione e con giornate ventose, la pulizia della spiaggia ha lasciato a desiderare. Ma questo non ha intaccato l’esperienza ottima. Necessaria l’auto per muoversi, ma tutto raggiungibile in pochi minuti di auto, Lecce in 15 minuti circa. I genitori di Cosimo che ci hanno accolto, sono stati eccezionali.

Tipico appartamento al piano terra, con la possibilità di sentirsi del posto appoggiando davanti alla porta una sedia sulla propria via lastricata, accogliente e con tutto il necessario.

Már másodszor voltam Thais és Giorgio szálláshelyén, nem véletlenül választottam másodszorra is. A szállás szuper helyen van, gyalog is könnyen elérhető a belváros, a tengerpart és a vasútállomás is, nagyon kényelmes, és felszerelt mindennel, amire szükség lehet. Thais és Giorgio nagyon kedvesek, mindenre figyelnek, gyorsan válaszolnak. Minden szempontból ajánlom a helyet!!

The home was a beautiful place to stay. Hosts very helpful and quick at responding. Would recommend hiring a car to get to near by towns/cities.

Casa bellissima, in posizione strategica, pulita, immersa nel verde di un giardino curato dal padrone con vista mare e farfalle che si nutrono dalle bouganville. Grande spazio esterno come interno. Dennis conosce bene spiagge e locali e da ottime dritte. siamo stati proprio bene.

Der Aufenthalt im Appartement war sehr schön. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Vor allem die Lage hat uns sehr gefallen. Man konnte abends gemütlich in der Nähe Bars und Restaurants besuchen. Preis-/Leistung habenden jedem Fall gestimmt. Francesco ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Hat auch ein Taxi für uns bestellt, das uns nachts zum Flughafen gebracht hat. Das italienische Frühstück mit Kaffee und Croissant konnten wir ein paar Schritte vom Appartment entfernt einnehmen. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen mit Zug oder Bus. Einen Spaziergang von ca. 20 Minuten durch eine belebte Einkaufsstraße von Bahnhof und Busstation entfernt…Danke für die netten Tage und deine Unterstützung lieber Francesco. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We hada really enjoyable stay at Micky's place. Its very conveniently located, and central, but also quiet. We all slept well, in comfortable beds and with a range of bedding available for those who like it warmer and cooler. Apartment area is very safe, convenient for airport buses and walkable to the old-town and the restaurant and shopping areas. Micky was a very likeable and kind host, with very good and helpful recommendations. Very responsive too. Its a great location for a family of four. I'd stay again if I visited Bari.

Luiz's place is compact, clean and comfortable - it was perfect for us and our two children for our stay in Bari. We could easily walk to the beach and into the city. Luiz was friendly and easy to get in touch with, providing lots of information. We'd happily stay here again!

Roberto fue fantástico! Nos esperó en la puerta? Nos ayudó a conseguir estacionamiento gratis y con las valijas. También estuvimos chill en la terraza mientras nos daba tips y recomendaciones de la ciudad. Súper amigable y buena onda. El dpto estaba hermoso, súper limpio. La ducha impecable y lo más importante para mi, tenía secador de pelo!! Jajajaja Gracias Roberto! Lo pasamos excelente, te esperamos en Argentina!

Die Wohnung ist sauber, wunderschön eingerichtet und aufgeteilt. Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Balkonterrasse ist sogar noch größer und gemütlicher, als wir uns anhand der Bilder vorgestellt hatten. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, ruhig gelegen in einer schönen Straße nicht direkt im Zentrum, aber fußläufig ist man überall schnell. Wir brauchten nur einmal bei der Anreise den Bus, auch vom Bahnhof ist die Anbindung easy. Und es gibt ein paar kleine Restaurants, einen niedlichen Park und einen großen Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke. Letizia und Raffaella sind superliebe Hosts, immer erreichbar und haben uns mit einem flexiblen Check-in und top Restaurantempfehlungen geholfen, die wir allein vermutlich nicht gefunden hätten. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Antonio could not have been more helpful - our flight got in after midnight and he was willing to meet us for check in no problem. He was very responsive and the apartment is in a lovely area and has anything you might need

Tout était excellent. Logement très propre et bien aménagé. Le jacuzzi est vraiment super et c’est pour cela que nous avons loué ici. Nous ne regrettons pas !!! Nous ne pouvons que recommander !

Il soggiorno presso la struttura di Roberta è stato impeccabile, ogni aspetto della struttura è pensato nei minimi dettagli. L’accoglienza e lo staff sono sicuramente uno dei punti forti. Gli spazi sono ampi e ben arredati, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Il patio esterno è un vero gioiello, ideale per rilassarsi. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chi cerca un alloggio confortevole e ben posizionato.

Een geweldig appartement met een fantastisch uitzicht. Leuke restaurants om de hoek en je staat met een paar stappen op het strand. Wij komen graag terug!

As mature couples we loved the country side style accommodation in a modern residence after being in the hustle and bustle of the cities that we have been visiting on our 7 day self drive tour of Puglia. Everything that was promised was delivered and would thoroughly recommend a two night stay so that you can explore the surrounding cities with ease and unpack for a short stay.

Giorgio est un hôte très sympathique et réactifs. L’appartement est propre et bien rangé et dispose d’une climatisation. La plage et le centre ville sont accessibles à pied et il y a un parking gratuit à 15 minutes de l’appartement. L’endroit est calme et près de la côte. Giorgio était toujours disponible en cas de besoin et habite juste dans l’appartement d’à côté. Nous recommandons ce airbnb!

Appartamento piccolo ma essenziale in ogni dettaglio. Cortile interno recintato e molto carino, con angoli relax e zona barbecue. Posizione fuori dal centro quindi zona tranquilla e parcheggio sempre disponibile. Spiaggia di punta prosciutto a 5 minuti in auto. Anche il centro è vicino, con le biciclette che mette a disposizione Stefano ci si muove bene anche a Torre Lapillo. Stefano e papà Fernando, due persone deliziose e molto disponibili. L'appartamento era pulitissimo e profumato. È stata una bellissima vacanza!
