Monthly Rentals in Aptera

What a perfect spot to spend holiday! It was very hard to leave this incredible place. This airbnb has provided us with the best holiday memories. We could not have asked for a better holiday home. Nectarios is such a kind and helpful host all the way through, very hospitable! Aptera was the perfect spot for us to spend a vacation on Crete. Easy to reach every place on Crete with a car, and the local tavernas just a short walk from the house provided us with a perfect local feeling. We hope to be back one day!

Very good stay in Aptera, the view is magnificent, our two nights went very well, the bedding is good and the environment is very quiet. We'll keep the address for a future stay in Crete!

I would give this more than five stars if I could. Anna’s place was kept neat and tidy and had EVERYTHING you could need from laundry detergent to fresh fruit. Anna is a great communicator and checked in on us throughout our stay, she kindly left laminated sheets of all her recommendations within the apartment! The view is breathtaking and feels very private. The location is impeccable, Aptera is very beautiful and close to many different adventures! Whether that be Hiking, eating good food, visiting the beach, seeing historical landmarks or enjoying some local wines in the countryside with stunning views, it has everything Crete has to offer! We had a wonderful stay at Chrysi’s house. It’s one house within a complex of three, sharing the outdoor space and small pool (located in the front with the other two units). The views over the bay are stunning. The surroundings are beautiful. Ancient Aptera is within walking distance, as is the small village with a shop and some taverns. Chrysi was a very welcoming host, gave lots of useful recommendations, and we even got fresh towels mid week. Overall a very pleasant experience.
