Wunderbare Unterkunft im Hinterland von Nizza! Perfekt als startpunkt für Radtouren :) Das Appartment ist perfekt für 4-5 Leute geeignet und sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht und alles war sehr sauber Catherine war eine extrem freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin! Danke für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!

Erwin et Liliane ont été extrêmement accueillant, gentil Je me suis fié aux autres commentaires et j ai eu raison, ils ont prit soins de nous toute la semaine. Nous ne pouvions pas penser à aussi bien, un accueil AirBnb comme il est difficile de trouver aujourd’hui Une vue incroyable sur les montagnes et la mer, Je recommande bien sûr à tout le monde. Toute la famille a beaucoup aimé le logement de Roberta et Marco. C'est très confortable, calme et beau. La vue est n'est pas seulement spectaculaire mais aussi apaisante. Nous avons passé quelques jours reposants et remercions nos hôtes pour leur accueil chaleureux. Si jamais nous retournerons dans cette charmante station balnéaire qui est Alassio nous espérons séjourner à nouveau chez Roberta et Marco qui gèrent tout avec beaucoup d'attention et amour.

This was an amazing stay. The view is beautiful. We had our own private oasis overlooking the area. It was amazing to watch the sun rise each morning over the water. Salt water pool was very nice. Plenty of chairs by the pool and a giant umbrella if needed. Outdoor shower, grill, and an outdoor sink. You should book this! Thank me later!

Siamo stati in quattro un weekend lungo di inizio novembre, la casa corrisponde alla descrizione, molto pratico avere due bagni. L'arredamento interno è semplice ma funzionale, il terrazzino è un plus, abbiamo fatto colazione al sole. Posizione tranquilla e a distanza di camminata si raggiungono spiagge, ristoranti e supermercato. Abbiamo usato il riscaldamento di sera vista la stagione e l'alloggio si è scaldato molto velocemente. Il parcheggio non è stato troppo problematico dato il periodo fuori stagione. Host molto reattivo e disponibile.

Gemma und Federico sind unglaubliche Herzmenschen und haben uns wärmstens empfangen. Das Apartment ist großzügig und in Teilen neu renoviert. Die beiden sind sehr bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Die Lage des Hauses ist unweit vom Strand, Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, danke!

Posizione tranquilla ma non isolata, pace e tranquillità, clima mite anche a Capodanno. Casa accogliente non manca nulla, giardinetto recintato e terrazza con vista. Passeggiate a piedi direttamente partendo da casa. Host cordialissimi e disponibili. Torneremo!🤩

Walter war sehr nett und unkompliziert in der Kommunikation. Das Haus und die Aussicht sind ein absoluter Traum!

Florence nous a vraiment bien accueillie, étant très serviable et prévenante avec toutes les explications ( et il y a beaucoup de papiers d'infos sur les environs) : maison très bien décorée et propre, avec tout le confort souhaité, dans un environnement verdoyant et une belle vue sur Monaco et la Méditerranée... Elle est bien située et proche de la route de la moyenne corniche qui facilite les déplacements. Il y a De nombreuses chose à faire et à voir... Nous avions eu en amont aussi, toutes les infos souhaités pour notre arrivée par Maurizio avec grande gentillesse. Merci à vous deux pour avoir tout fait pour que nos vacances soient réussies ! Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questa casa: accoglienza calorosa; casa bellissima, ampia e molto pulita, dotata di diversi comfort come la piscina, la vasca, una cucina ben fornita e tante aree esterne tra cui un bel terrazzo. Uniche pecche il wifi non funzionante, forse per un problema temporaneo (ma a cui si può ovviare serenamente con la rete mobile personale) e la sala cinema con le casse che non si connettevano (magari dovuto a una nostra incapacità), ma sono cose che non hanno influito particolarmente sul nostro soggiorno, essendo spesso fuori casa. Comunque un'ottima esperienza che in estate potrebbe avere ancora più potenziale con un clima migliore e una piscina più calda!

Loved the place. Lars and his family provided everything we needed. The house is spectacular and has a breathtaking view to Nice. This was hands down the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. Congrats for keeping it in such pristine condition, Lars. We will probably be back! Thanks, Sebastião

Wir haben eine phantastische Familienzeit in dieser wunderschönen Unterkunft genossen 🤩 Wir wurden herzlich von Giorgia empfangen und konnten uns jederzeit an sie wenden. Die Kommunikation war tadellos und immer äußerst freundlich. Wir konnten das gesamte Gelände inklusive Pool nutzen und hatten auch im Haus alles, was wir brauchten. Das kleine Städtchen Imperia ist immer einen Ausflug wert und wir konnten in kurzer Zeit einige weitere nette Ausflugsziele erreichen. Wir waren zum Beispiel innerhalb einer Stunde sowohl im Kletterparadies Finale, wie auch in Nizza ☺️ Wir haben uns eine leckere Erinnerung an diesen tollen Ort in Form von köstlichem Olivenöl aus dem umgebenden Olivenhain mit nach Hause genommen 🫒 Vielen Dank für alles! 🥰

Cozy apartment in Cap d’Ail, super close to Monaco and strategic to visit the surroundings. With an amazing view, the apartment has new and modern appliances. Not to be missed!

We spent 6 days in early September at Boris’ villa. It was exactly as described and extremely well located - private but close to the beach. The weather was fabulous. The house has a wonderful vibe and the outdoor patio and balcony off the master bedroom are highlights. It is a short walk down some stairs and then onto the beach and many restaurants, a bakery, a grocery store etc. There was never anyone at the pool and it was very quiet. Would highly recommend Boris’ villa and thank you for being responsive and sharing this great place. Great location for doing day trips to Monaco, Ventimiglia (Italy), Cap Ferrat, Villefranche, Nice. The old village is also a great visit.

alla casa non manca davvero nulla, pulita, essenziale, semplice ma dotata di tutto ciò che serve . il terrazzo fuori con una bella vista. il parcheggio per l'auto è all'interno del cortile, molto comodo. la casa è collegata al paese con una ripida salita ma breve. in 10 minuti si raggiunge il mare da considerare se si hanno problemi motori. ho passato un fine settimana di vero relax dato anche dalla zona veramente silenziosa

Overall had a very great stay at this Airbnb. Everything was very well maintained and I felt right at home. The Apartment ist not in Monaco, but 15meters behind the border to france. This isn't a problem at all for me, it was only noticed when ordering a monaco taxi which wasn't allowed to come to the place, so we had to get a french taxi. Overall recommend 10/10

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Sabine qui nous a accueillis pour prendre possession de l'appartement. La place de parking est très utile et l'arrêt de tram est à 5' à pied pour se déplacer dans la ville.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Appartamento immerso nel verde, a 10 min dal mare, recentemente ristrutturato e completo di tutto. La vista dal soggiorno è fantastica. Aria condizionata e riscaldamento. Letti comodi. Proprietari gentili. Consigliato
