Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Appenzell Innerrhoden

We loved our stay at Remo’s lodge! The views were absolutely beautiful and created the perfect backdrop for a peaceful getaway. The firepit and jacuzzi area were definite highlights — the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. The lodge was quiet, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. Remo was a great host — friendly, helpful, and made sure everything went smoothly. We’d happily come back again!

Our stay at Janine‘s home was beyond anything we could have imagined. The setting is heavenly. We hardly wanted to leave the house. The surrounding area is absolutely amazing for hiking, which was the purpose of our trip. Janine greeted us when we arrived and spoke with us in perfect English, which was very helpful. Janine was helpful all throughout our stay giving us hiking recommendations as well as local eateries! The pictures on the website absolutely do not do the home justice. Every single person we met in the area was beyond kind and friendly.

Spectacular location and a house that matches.. we had a lovely time, very well designed and built house, takes fully advantage of the beautiful scenery out side, highly recommended.. PS.. this applies for only during May-June ‘25 as the road in front of the house is getting repaired, it is important to note that there is only walking access to the house. This means that guests will need to carry their luggage for certain sections of the route from the parking lot.. just to provide clarity there is no option to drag your wheeled luggage to the house, it will need to be carried. Just wanted to provide this clarity as I thought this was assumed by us.. although the host had communicated to use about the access but this aspect was not clarified.

Our short break was wonderful. Dolores and her family are very warm and loving hosts. Thank you for the wonderful time you gave us. We would love to come back to this place of peace and beauty, which has filled our souls.♥️♥️♥️

Our holiday was very nice. We were very warmly greeted by Tim and the children were also super friendly. At the place we had everything we needed. Everything was inviting and very clean. Unfortunately, we couldn't find the accommodation right away, but that was due to our mobile phone reception and had nothing to do with Annina and Tim. Overall, I highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay in the very well-equipped house. The sauna and cooling pool were particularly special.

We stayed there with our kids . We enjoyed our stay in flums , it was in june and this place was colder than being in the city. A car is a must to be there .

We rented the place for a company event (we needed 5 bedroom). The place is easily accessible, we all had a double bed. We had mentioned we wanted to use the BBQ if the weather would allow it. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by the host and they had already started the fire pit for us to grill that evening. The living room and dining area was spacious and could accommodate all us of (5 adults) without problem.

Our stay was fantastic. The apartment is on the first floor of a charming house, by the forest, with calm, peaceful surroundings and stunning mountain views. Tip: You will need a car to explore the area. The hosts, Monika and Kurt were great, welcoming, and hospitable. It is the perfect retreat for those looking for a beautiful spot in the middle of nature.

I also felt very comfortable during my repeated visit. Heinz is a very friendly and accommodating host.

Had a wonderful stay here in St Gallen! Perfectly placed next to the historic abbey and the bus station so sightseeing was a breeze. We got to hear the bells chiming from the apartment and it was right in the city so we could shop. The hosts were lovely, very nice and great at communication. I can’t recommend this stay enough.

Many thanks to Andrea for this excellent stay in St. Gallen while being a visiting Professor at Universität St. Gallen for two weeks. Andrea allowed a flexible check-in and supplied some food basics to get me started. Very much appreciated and Andrea is friendly and professional. The apartment is exactly as described, spotlessly clean and well furnished. A beautiful space. The kitchen is well appointed and had all the necessary bits and pieces. The apartment is only a 1km walk to the old town in St. Gallen, and a 5 minute walk up the hill to the main university campus. Andrea had tips for forest runs/walks, as well as advice on where to shop. All super helpful. I would certainly stay again.

Really loved our stay here! The place was super clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. Felt super comfortable and would definitely stay again!

The apartment is very well equipped, pleasant and spacious. Location is good as everything is close for everyday use. Neighbours in the building are very friendly. A special thank you goes to Heinrich. Franziska is a host who responds to what guests want. It's also very straightforward. Overall, we have a good stay. Thank you.

The accommodation is wonderful very comfortable, clean and spacious, the photographs fall short due to the spacious terrace and wonderful view it has. Monika's hospitality and kindness are invaluable, they make the time there much better and you feel at home. Definitely a place I'd go back to.
