The small guest house is located directly in Weiden am Neusiedler See. The beach is about 1 km away and can be reached by car or bike. Bike rental is nearby. The bike path around the lake is very popular with guests. Water sports activities: surfing, sailing, SUP (rental for a fee on the beach). Connection to the public network by S-Bahn in the village. The airport is about 25 minutes by car. The garden house is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families with kids.

Die Küche verfügt über einen großen Esstisch und ist mit allen Geräten ausgestattet. Es steht zwei Bäder, eines im März 2026 neu renoviert, und 3 WCs zur Verfügung. Im Hof befindet sich ein Esstisch. Trotz der zentralen Lage ruhig. Waschmaschine ist vorhanden, ebenso WLAN und 2 TV-Geräte.
