Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Apalachicola Bay

we were passing through and on a whim decided to stop near Mexico Beach. This property showed up and fit everything we needed, especially pet friendly and not charging extra for our 2 fur babies traveling with us. Even a yard out back for them to roam. Renee responded almost immediately to any question I had, and was an amazing host! If ever in the are a again, we will definitely stay again!

We had a great stay! Close to the beach and the town. The house has a uniquely beach feel! Highly recommend this property!

We loved our stay at Julia's Casita! The house looked exactly as pictured and was clean and comfortable. Basic amenities (soap, shampoo, coffee) were available as well. The location is extremely convenient to stores and restaurants. The AC worked great, water pressure was good, and the beds were comfortable. Most importantly, the house was very clean. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

My family and I felt right at home at this place. It was so lovely, outside was adorable. Inside had everything we needed. Especially a fan of the big wheels on the beach cart made it a breeze to carry all our stuff down to the Oceanside. A very quick easy walk. Kitchen came more stocked than I thought with every pot/pan I could need. My 6 year old especially loved the outdoor toilet and shower. The outside “recreation” area also was fantastic. Highly recommend this place and will be staying again definitely!!!

This was a nice place that was clean, tidy, and well equipped with comfy beds and living room chairs. Private fenced in yard was a plus and the covered pull in for the car was wonderful! Roberto was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Close location to downtown (5 min) and even closer to the grocery store and pharmacy. Great place! Will stay again!

What a wonderfully quaint place. Super clean with personal touches that made the stay so nice. We live in a beachy location and it was so nice that they had everything that we would normally have at home. From the moment we arrived we felt right at place. We look forward to returning to Mexico Beach so that we can stay at this Airbnb again.

The house is absolutely beautiful. Everything we needed for our weeks stay was there! Beds are very comfy, linens, towels, all just perfect. The property is beautiful and just a short walk to the beach. Having a pool and game room made the stay so much more enjoyable. The home is a short drive to PSJ and Mexico Beach but honestly loved staying put and enjoying the home and pool. Kate thank you so much for helping us celebrate our graduate and all of your hospitality! This was just the perfect week!!

Highly recommended this perfect Sea Shed accommodation; exactly as described and very neat, clean, comfortable, cozy with everything in working order, and all at an affordable price. Definitely recommend this convenient location and hostess… keeping this on the agenda for any future return adventures.

Barbara was the perfect host. So helpful with everything. She even set up the beach umbrella for us! Everything was clean. Kitchen had everything needed. Even a coffee maker to make a pot of coffee or K-Cups! Will definitely come back.

My husband and I had such a great time here! We were looking for a quiet, private place near to the beaches on both the bay and the ocean sides for our honeymoon, which this place was exactly. Salem was extremely responsive, had the place beautifully set up, and had very clear and simple check-in/out instructions. Her recommendations and guides for the island and the mainland were great for our week-long stay.

As soon as we walked in the door I said, “This is perfect” . It truly was. The space was clean, refreshing, and well accommodated. We walked to everything in town as it is conveniently located. Donna is a great host, we will be back.

These units were perfect for our group of friends who came down for a bachorlette trip! The unit was spacious and clean, easy to get into, within walkable distance, and very nice for the price we paid. So much so, that we tried to book them for a future weekend while we were still there. Would recommend these units to anyone who is looking for something in Apalachicola!

First off, we love St. George so a trip there is always well worth it! The island is perfect if you really want some rest and relaxation, super peaceful and never crowded compared to other beaches. Secondly, Craig is WONDERFUL to work with, he was so helpful, responsive, and proactive about making our stay as easy and smooth as possible. Super thankful for him, and will definitely book with him the next time we come back to SGI!

Parking was great at the apartment and the park. There was a veterans d day celebration we were able to view from the front porch. Nice for family stay. Bedrooms open layout. It was great for my needs this trip.

A great place and long weekend for three of us! Easy walk to all of the downtown restaurants and bars. Easy check in and out. We’d love to stay again!

Quiet spot with easy beach access. Well decorated, stocked, and comfy master beds. The ocean view is tenuous, but it's a quick walk or ride to the beach.

The condo was beautiful and well appointed. Everything thing that we needed was there. Jenna was a great host and the coffee bar was a nice addition.

Good things do come in small packages! The unit is a 2 bedroom with comfortable beds and living room area. Also very nice outside areas (front and back) with a privacy fence and even an outdoor shower, washer and dryer in one area and a screened in porch with nice table and chairs in the other area. Nice kitchen area with ample pots, pans and utensils for cooking, with full sized stove, microwave and coffee maker. Living area has a comfortable sofa and large TV. Air conditioning was more than enough to cool the interior if needed. The whole unit appeared to be updated and was very clean. We would definitely return and communication when needed was always followed up with a prompt reply from the owner.

We enjoyed our stay and would love to go back there again. Nice and clean. Great location.
