We offer you for rent part of our carefully renovated house. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse mountain range. All shops and restaurants are steps from the house. Rivieralp Leisure Center with ecological swimming is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an extra 7 euros.

We offer a room with a separate entrance. This room is part of a farmhouse renovated with organic and eco-friendly materials (just like the Airbnb room). We are located on the heights of a Savoyard village, on the Chemin de Compostelle, 5 minutes from the highway, 50 minutes from Lyon, 20 minutes from Chambéry and 40 minutes from Annecy. We are at the gates of the Chartreuse mountain range and not far from Lake Aiguebelette.

The Quiet Stones

We will host you all year long in a nice, cosy, renovated barn located in a small village in the middle of the Chartreuse Mountain chain. The studio is composed of a bedroom on the first floor with a bathroom (shower) and on the ground floor, a kitchen with a microwave, electric cooking Appliance. Note that the toilets are on the ground floor. Bed sheets and towels provided. Homemade breakfast not included in the price.

Nice cozy 2 bedroom apartment

Enjoy accommodation in the heart of the village and its shops, 3 minutes' walk from the river. It was refurbished in 2023, it has no neighbours opposite and overlooks the garden. This nice space is located upstairs in my home, it has its own entrance and is very well insulated from noise. The bed is 160 cm for peaceful nights. We are located near lakes, many bike routes (ViaRhona), and 10 minutes from Walibi Park.

Come and enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Aiguebelette. You will enjoy the swimming pool available from May to the end of September, the private spa available all year round as well as the outdoor wood-fired sauna and its terraces. The accommodation, close to Exit 12 of A43. We are 49 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults.

We rent our apartment at the intersection of Isere, Savoie and Ain. Located near the lakes of Romagnieu, Paladru and Aiguebelette, and by the Guiers, it is a quiet paradise for water activities, hikes and mountain bike rides. We are 5km from Walibi Park. Chambéry is 20 minutes away. It is perfectly suited for a family of 4 people who go on a mop.

"Le Cosy" studio 300 meters from the beach

The apartment is located in the centre of the village of Paladru in a former hotel that has become residential. The turret restaurant is at the foot of the building. The closest beach is 300 m away (land, beach and restaurant). The Archaeological Museum of Lake Paladru is a 100 m away. Grocery store that also sells bread 50 metres away.
