Top location! 2 minutes to the dream beach with lots of bars and restaurants! 7 minutes to the supermarket! Great support from Matthias and his wife in any problems!!! I had everything I needed at the place! The madness awaits you when you make the effort and go all the way up in the complex, there is a terrace that I don't write more. Was there for the second time this year, felt very comfortable like the first time and can only recommend the host! It is a small pearl that is located on a small cul-de-sac and close to the beach. Please pay attention to there are many different places to book, there are two hostels one directly near the beach and the other about 5 minutes away . In addition, they also have quite nice bungalows ,which are in the vicinity. They also have a golf cart for transportation to the accommodations. Very great team . Exceptional location, stunning home and gorgeous beach. House is located in a prime position for beach access and stunning sunsets. Plenty of space and a great restaurant right next door. I can only but recommend the villa and we will for sure be returning.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Bodi and felt extremely comfortable there. The house is beautiful, very modern and lovingly furnished. It was very clean and maintained. The amenities left nothing to be desired. An absolute highlight was the large infinity pool on the veranda, which invites you to linger with family & friends. The view from the terrace is fantastically beautiful. Ong was a great host! Super friendly and always available. She is very knowledgeable on site and was always helpful! It was also convenient that we could rent the villa our own scooter. On our part, this place is an absolute top recommendation! 5 stars!

I’m very happy stayed here… i was surprised villa as seen like pictures and helpful Staf all standby for serve us like family, the villa also near the beach and James recommended us the food of restaurant also very good, me and my friends stratified and welcome back again… thanks Audrey and James

Our stay at this villa was absolutely magical—better than we ever could have imagined. The villa itself is breathtaking, far more beautiful than the pictures on Airbnb can capture. In reality, it is ten times more stunning! The entire villa complex is gorgeous, surrounded by other luxury villas with security, which made us feel incredibly safe. The private beach access was another highlight—secluded, peaceful, and simply beautiful. By pure chance, we had the pleasure of meeting the villa’s owner, who welcomed us with open arms and was incredibly kind and helpful. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. These were the final days of our Thailand trip, and we couldn’t have wished for a better ending. We spent so much time just enjoying the villa because it was so perfect. In the evenings, everything was calm, and all we could hear were the sounds of nature—birds, wildlife, and the peaceful surroundings. It was definitely not our last stay on Koh Samui. Its a spacious and nice bungalow connected to at great hotel. The service was excellent, and the restaurant at the hotel was also really good. Our kids loved the pool and used it all the time. The hotel sells cannabis (legal and all) and the lobby smells like it, so if you have a problem with that, this might not be the place for you.

This stunning villa is a true paradise! Just a few steps from a serene and beautiful beach, it offers the perfect blend of comfort and charm. The villa is well-equipped with everything needed for a fantastic vacation. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. I can’t recommend it enough!

We had a nice, quiet stay at Kate's apartment. she was so kind of us to give us a few rides to handle business. Would be very helpful to have a rental car or scooter but there are quite a few very good restaurants within walking distance along the beach. the whole stay went very smooth, thanks a lot Kate! Khanom hasn't been discovered yet by tourists.
