We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was incredibly clean — spotless from top to bottom — and clearly well-maintained. The aesthetic was modern and minimalistic, with carefully chosen decor that gave it a luxurious, high-end feel. Every detail, from the lighting to the furnishings, felt thoughtfully curated and stylish. It definitely had an upscale vibe, and while it felt more expensive than other places I’ve stayed, it was absolutely worth it for the quality and comfort provided. The host was professional and responsive, making the whole experience seamless. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again — highly recommend for anyone looking for a premium, design-forward stay.

Each part of the house was carefully laid. The work space, the card games and the books are great ideas to make the stay more enjoyable. My favourite part is the cozy entertainment area. Overall, it was a great stay and will definitely recommend staying here.

The room is clean and well maintained. But I think it needs upgrade on the lights to make it more inviting and cozy. The building is shabby and looks sketchy but we did not experience any issues during our stay.

What I love about our stay was the excellent comms with Patrick, the host; speedy replies!!! so accommodating (I've checked in earlier than expected and hosts let us in the moment we arrived!) Unit is uber cozy (it made me think of extending our stay there!). Love the personalized welcome message too!!!

The host was super approachable. She even met us personally before checking-in. I really highly recommend the place! So clean and well-sanitized.

Was a great place to celebrate the birthday of my girlfriend. Lots of things to do, can't be bored with the entertainment. Host was easy to communicate with. Overall a great place for a staycation.

5 star place near UP Diliman. We stayed for 5 days here. The condo is near to Ever Gotesco Mall so buying supplies are not a problem. Miss Jocelyn is very responsive, from booking to checking out, a hassle-free host indeed. And the deal breaker for me, FREE PARKING SPACE. Other hosts offer parking spaces for a price, which is quite expensive. The amenities are good, we managed to use the pool. But you need to book it early at the clubhouse as they limit the number of user to prevent overcrowding, which is nice cause we enjoyed our own space at the pool. The unit looks exactly at what you see on the photos. Clean, complete, cozy. Appliances are not a problem, we managed to cook our meals for 5 days without problems. A nice experience indeed!

This has become our favorite spot, especially my kids’. The place was clean, with fresh linens and a light, pleasant scent when you walk in that made it feel welcoming. It’s a quiet spot, which we really appreciated, and the location is convenient, close to shops and essentials. Honestly, one night didn’t feel like enough. We’ll definitely be back!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Loved My Stay at Cinema 27! As a first-time Airbnb guest, and someone who’s honestly pretty picky, I was a bit nervous about booking. But when I came across Carlo and Patricia’s listing, it just felt right. I was on a budget, but the place looked great and seemed totally worth it. I booked right away, and I’m so glad I did. The space was super comfy, very clean, and smelled really nice. Everything was just as described (or better!). They had everything I needed, especially in the kitchen, all the tools and utensils were clean and complete, which I really appreciated. Carlo and Patricia were both so kind and easy to talk to. They made me feel very welcome and at ease throughout my stay. Honestly, they’ve set the bar high, I’d love to stay at Cinema 27 again next time I travel. Can’t wait! ☺️🫶🏻

The place was as described - clean and homey. We actually live nearby and just needed a place to stay during a scheduled power interuption in our own condo. We only had to bring a few things since the place already includes all necessary appliances and kitchen essentials. Would definitely recommend staying in the area since it's near a lot of restos, malls and groceries. We had a comfortable stay.

We had a great time staying at Poo’s unit! The location is very convenient, as it's inside the Eastwood area and on the same floor as the garden and pool. It was easy for us to take our dog out for walks, and we really enjoyed spending time swimming and relaxing. Overall, the place is clean, comfortable, and well-located. We’ll definitely come back!

Had a great stay. The place was spotless and was just as pictured in photos. Convenient walking distance to Greenbelt and restaurants, highly recommended!

The place is great and really clean. It is 5-10min walk from our office and there are lots of restaurants nearby. Rene was also responsive and very friendly. We will definitely go back here.

Hosts are very responsive to queries, but most likely, you'll just have minimal queries since they already share complete details right after the confirmation of your booking and a day before the checkin day. The checkin process is hassle free, just need to present ID to the lobby, and a code for the room is already provided by the hosts. The location of the place is so nice specially the view from the balcony. The place is so clean, and the design is so aesthetic, very relaxing ambiance. Will definitely book this place again.

This was our second time staying here. I booked this for 4 nights during our annual convention. My kids and nannies went with me, hence I needed an apartment style place to stay in. Ruth's place perfectly fit our needs. My kids wanted a place very near the malls, I needed something that's very near EDSA Shangrila Hotel where our convention was held. The place is spotless and I love the fact that it has its own laundry. No need to pack so much and we get to go home with clean clothes. 😊 Hope it's available again same time next year. Hehehe

The place is nice. Perfect for intimate celebration. The place is clean. Host is friendly and responsive. The only problem we had was the heater for the bathtub is not working. We wanted to take a dip around 11pm and we dont want to disturb the caretaker during that time. The host said the heater needs reset. Over all, we enjoyed our stay ☺️ minor issue and also partly our fault since we didnt ask to test the tub before the caretaker left.

Overall, the stay was pleasant, communication with Kristoffe was smooth, a very good experience
