This year for the first time we have decided to rent out our beautiful family house for others to enjoy for their summer holidays. This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

Elevated within the garden and surrounded by greenery, it provides a sense of privacy and calm throughout the day. We share the property with several friendly cats who may occasionally visit the Treehouse to greet guests. They are gentle and accustomed to people, but their presence may not be suitable for those with allergies or a preference for a pet-free environment.

Located just a 1-minute walk from Leymona Beach, the nearest beach, Serana is in a privileged location for those who love seaside vacations and scenery. So much so that you can throw your towel over your shoulder and go for a swim, and when you want to have a drink, you can have it at the holiday home with amazing views and sunsets as if you were drinking at the beach bar. The fact that it is right in the center of Kaş is another plus.

We offer a comfortable accommodation for 2 people.

It's in the heart of Kas on a street called "Uzun Carsi" meaning Long Bazaar which leads you up to one of the most prominent sarcophagi is Monument Tomb (also called King's Tomb) located at the top of Uzun Carsi (the old main street of Kas). Carved from a single block, the tomb's inscriptions date back to the 4th century. It's walking distances to the shops, bars, beaches and to restaurants.
