Perfect. There isn’t anything Sue hasn’t thought of. The property has everything you need for your stay. Everything. Sue even has a dog drawer in the dresser, she really has thought of everything. Silloth is a lovely place, so quiet and Sue provided information on local restaurants, cafes, takeaways and pubs. I cannot recommend this property highly enough.

Everything was thoughtfully prepared and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The attention to detail and comfort was top-notch. We had a wonderful two-day stay at the Flat at Aikton Arms. The remote and peaceful location, surrounded by farms, provided a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. While it’s not a touristy destination, it offers a tranquil hideout away from the crowds. Just an hour away, we could easily explore many of the Lake District’s attractions.
