Poco distante dal mare dell’Argentario ed a pochi minuti dalle Cascate di Saturnia sorgenti calde accessibili gratis. 17th century stone house, with a lovely outdoor area, located in the historic center of Manciano, in the Tuscan Maremma. Land of good food and wine tradition. Not far from the Argentario sea and the Cascate del Mulino di Saturnia with hot water, always accessible and free.

La grotta

Il mio alloggio è nel centro storico del paese. Si trova a soli 10 km dalle Terme di Sorano, mentre a 20km possiamo trovare il Lago di Bolsena e le Terme di Saturnia (spa). Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: luminoso, panoramico, pulito ed accogliente. Adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici). NB: se la prenotazione è per due persone si intende un solo letto, per un letto in più è necessario prenotare almeno per 3 persone.

Aria condizionata, zanzariere, riscaldamento autonomo, wi fi. Giardino con piscina 6x3 più area relax e scala romana, doccia calda esterna. Cucina esterna in muratura con barbecue e forno a legna. Area bambini con casetta sull'albero. Parcheggio riservato. Ideale per famiglie.

A 250 year old chestnut dryer stone house in use till 30 years ago, the holiday cottage we offer is surrounded by an organic chestnut forest and olive trees that are hundreds of years old.
