Holiday rentals with beach access in Anse Caritan

Our stay went wonderfully well! The view from our terrace was superb, and the beach was just a few steps from our accommodation. We also appreciated all the little extras made available to us: cooler bag, beach towels, mask and snorkel, inflatable mattress with pump — all of which proved to be very convenient during the week. The bakery close by was a real plus: we went there almost every morning for our croissants, chocolates and fresh sandwiches. A memorable stay, thank you again!

apartment as advertised, the owner came to wait for us at the airport to give us the keys. We enjoyed the location close to the municipality of STE ANNE and the very beautiful beach well shaded. We had a very good exchange with her mom who gave us good advice and especially fresh fruit. Good bedding , air conditioning and fan very nice . Perfect for two people. Wake up in the morning pleasant on the terrace and full of birds but still hungry. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Nothing to say about the listing that is totally as described. Very well equipped, very clean, top bedding, mosquito nets... Welcome booklet with activities to do and Elise's favorites. Proximity to points of interest, views, direct access to the beach, breathtaking sunsets… Everything was perfect! Elise is ultra available and too friendly! If I come back to Martinique, I would definitely rent this place again! Thanks for doing your part to make this trip so wonderful!

Great apartment in good location. The amenities are very good, you can tell that Jacqueline likes to cook, because in the kitchen there was everything we need for cooking. The great terrace, the faucet outside (for washing out the diving equipment very good), vacuum cleaner, broom, laundry rack with clothespins, sink, everything available👍. Jacqueline also filled the fridge before we arrived and brought us delicious bites and bananas from her garden. We can definitely recommend it! If someone lives in the apartment above and party on the terrace upstairs, that is very disturbing!

We had a wonderful stay at Anne-Marie's villa! Special mention for the magnificent view of the Trois Ilets Bay. The villa is very well equipped and the configuration around the view and the pool allows you to truly enjoy the outdoors. Anne-Marie provided us with very clear explanations for access and check-in and the reception team was very professional and friendly.

This place is wonderful! The view is breathtaking and the way everything is configured is perfect to take advantage of that view. The outdoor area completes perfectly the indoor space, and the shutters that open right to the patio make it 1000x better! The house has everything you need, including a fully functional kitchen with top notch appliances. We had such a great time. We will be back!

Great stay at Annie and Arnaud's! The villa is tastefully decorated, well equipped and very clean. We were warmly welcomed and throughout the stay we were able to communicate easily with our hosts. The view of the ocean is a major asset it is a peaceful, quiet place where we can enjoy it. I highly recommend this listing

The villa is even prettier in real life than in the photo, very nicely decorated, it quickly feels like home. The pool is very popular after a hot day. Everything went very well, communication with Thierry or Rodolphe was very easy, the arrival is prepared by very pleasant little touches. The location was ideal for moving to the nearby Anses where we wanted to spend the most time, but also for the rest of the island. I highly recommend Thierry's villa.

This place was just like the photos. Beautiful quiet location overlooking the ocean with a short trail to the water. Evan met us when we arrived and gave us good recommendations for food and activities. There is even a double sit on top kayak to kayak a short distance to an island. The hammock was wonderful too!

Excellent!! The welcome is more than perfect, you are greeted with a lot of attention and lots of gifts. Chantale is also at your disposal if needed. The apartment is very good, a stone's throw from the beach and two steps from the village! A garden with all the accessories to rest and even have a barbecue!! Everything is great! Bravo

DOMINIQUE! Amazing host, amazing spot, and I know where to stay for my next vacation in Martinique! We were blown away by his kindness and his excellent local tips on activities and hiking . When we arrived, we were greeted by Jocelyne and her husband. They showed us around the apartment and its surroundings. There were 4 of us ( 2 adults, 2 children, one under 2). We had a pleasant stay in this relaxing place We'll be back

The accommodation is very well located, with well-served roads, which means that we were able to explore a large part of the island. We were able to park the car in front of the house. We had a wonderful stay at Sandra and Luca's! They are welcoming, responsive and attentive to our well-being. The accommodation is very comfortable and well furnished, the view from the terrace is superb. It is ideally located, avoiding traffic jams for the North and South, which are therefore easily accessible. Many good restaurants in town are within walking distance, a pleasure not to have to take the car everywhere. Private access to the beach and pool are also two big pluses! Nothing to say, we can only recommend.

I recommend this apartment 200%, close to the beach, within walking distance. Everything is as described. It has all the comforts you need for a great vacation. Don't hesitate!

Very nice accommodation with full amenities. Very beautiful terrace overlooking the sunset, it can be hot but there is a fan. Go see the cove near the hotel de la batelière, I saw a sea turtle there and lots of fish. Not really a restaurant within walking distance, there is the casino restaurant and pizza restaurant. Otherwise, several restaurants in Schœlcher. There is a beach umbrella available but bring your beach towels. The laundry washer was very convenient. The air conditioning is very efficient, there is one in the living room and another in the bedroom. Very quiet apartment and no neighbor's noise.

We had a great time at David's place. The apartment is very well equipped, and very quiet. The big plus is the walking access to the beach of Grande Anse d'Arlet which is just magical. We highly recommend and will return if the opportunity arises

My husband and I are delighted with our stay at Lionel's. The place was great for both of us, maybe missing a little bit of storage in the kitchen. Quiet and clean residence, super well placed to visit and enjoy the beautiful beaches and the varied landscapes of the south of the island. Lionel is ultra available and super nice . We would highly recommend
