I rent out a 60 m² apartment with 3 rooms for 4 people. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a solid wood house built in 2016 at the end of a cul-de-sac (no through traffic). Kitchen amenities include dishwasher, stove, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster and Senseo as well as coffee pods, tea and spices. In the bathroom (with shower & toilet) you will find fresh bath and hand towels as well as a hairdryer. Chairs and a table are available for the outdoor area.

The room is suitable for four people plus toddler. In the living/sleeping area there is a large double bed and a pull-out sofa bed for two persons. A travel cot for a toddler can be added on request. The kitchen is fully equipped. Opposite is the toilet with shower. The terrace, through which you can reach the in-law, is inviting for relaxation. Numerous bike paths and the Franconian lake country are very close.

A former attic in a charming old building was converted into a studio with attention to detail in 2016. There is hardly anything in it that can be bought like this. A small roof exit overlooks the rooftops of Nuremberg. In the cozy and unique room you feel right at home and can enjoy the tranquility. Das gemütliche 1 1/2 Zimmer Appartement befindet sich im 2. Obergeschoss unseres Hauses. Wir sind sehr darauf bedacht,dass sich unsere Gäste wohl fühlen, so haben wir im letzten Jahr vieles verändert und u.a. ein neues , breiteres Bett angeschafft, die Couch ausgetauscht und eine Leseecke geschaffen, die man schnell zu einem zweiten Bett im anderen Raum modifizieren kann 😊
