Hello! We have a beautiful place we call "city country". Our home is on 5 acres with lake view off of a small lake(not accessible). You'd be booking the lower level of our 2 level home. Your space is private & is 2200 sq ft. Private entrance, off road parking. Sleeps up to 9+! Tons of fun thoughtful extras! Screened in hot tub, patio, fireplace, kitchenette, full gym, game room area, & more! We are a 1/4 mile from Coon Lake with boating & beach access a few miles away. Just 20 miles from Mnpls.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything twin cities from this centrally located home. Within a short walk there are miles of wooded bike trials. On the corner is one of the Midwests largest entertainment venues, the Mermaid Entertainment & Events Center. Say hello to Executive Chef Jordan Reed. The kitchen is prepared for cooking. In downtown White Bear Lake. Walking distance to caribou, shops, restaurants & cupNcone. Home is an upper level with 2 bedroom & 1 bathroom. Guests must walk up a flight of stairs located in the rear of the home to enter the house. If stairs are not your friend you will want to pass on this listing . Home has smart TV with Netflix and local channels. Pet welcome for $100 a trip or $25 a night (whichever is less). There is also a charge for more then 5 guests of $25 a night.
