Your space is private & is 2200 sq ft. Private entrance, off road parking. Sleeps up to 9+! Tons of fun thoughtful extras! Screened in hot tub, patio, fireplace, kitchenette, full gym, game room area, & more! We are a 1/4 mile from Coon Lake with boating & beach access a few miles away. Just 20 miles from Mnpls.

We are very close to Elm Creek Park Reserve. You can access miles of street/mountain biking/ski trails right from this home. If you’re looking for fancy, we are not your jam. Homey and MN cozy.

Guests must walk up a flight of stairs located in the rear of the home to enter the house. If stairs are not your friend you will want to pass on this listing . Home has smart TV with Netflix and local channels. Pet welcome for $100 a trip or $25 a night (whichever is less). There is also a charge for more then 5 guests of $25 a night.
