Very nice and luxurios house with all nessecities. Quiet, but still close to beach, supermarket and good traditional restaurants. A big house for 4 persons!

I spent 10 days there with my family and we enjoyed our stay a lot. The place is just amazing. The apartment is nice and big with wonderful terrace. The swimming pool is great and the sunset view is beautiful. It is in a calm area so you can nicely relax there. The place is few minutes by car from the beach. The host was really nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Amazing experience! It was what we expected, a place where you escape everyday life and relax! Quiet in nature, full facilities with sauna, hot tub and pool, and suitable for going with friends as it can accommodate 8 people. Hosts are impeccable, thank you so much!

I travel a lot. This trip was the best because I traveled with friends, in the best house. The location is fantastic, the environment is fantastic, the greenery, everything in this house is fantastic. You feel like at home. We enjoyed it. A wonderful stay all around. Maria was a great host also. The pictures on the listing don't actuall do justice to the view or the house. It is better in person! We arrived and meet up with Maria as agreed, she offered lots of help for things to do, and spots to hit. Prior to arrival, I had also sent her many questions, all of which she answered. All of her responses at arrival, and prior, were representative of reality and useful. The villa is off the beaten path, as listed. You need a car for sure, there is one village to the immediate south, maybe 3 mins away by car where you can find everything you need. The bakery is a must hit...there is always a line up, easy to find. Katsouro restaurant right near the house is also a must hit, as recommended by our host. If you are looking for a local experience, this is the place to go. This is off the beaten path for sure. 40mins from Thessaloniki which has everything a large urban center can provide, and about 40 mins also from Mount Olympus, which is spectular in more ways than one. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

So a few words about our experience. We were a group of 10 people who chose to spend the Easter days at Mr. George's house. First I want to start with the human factor from Mr.Giorgos , the host who was very helpful and immediately answered our questions and introduced us to his home upon our arrival. As for the house and the place, very large and green yard in the trees. The pool was full and clean despite the off season. We spent almost all the time outside in the yard . Absolutely quiet as the house is secluded but a stone's throw from the village of N. Iraklia. As for the interior of the house, we didn't miss anything; it's so passionate about the house that the hosts have taken care of every detail. Comfortable large and clean rooms. 3 bathrooms that helps a lot when you're a lot of people. the Kitchen full. And as a bonus he let us light the fireplace in the evening as well. Great experience. Kostas' apartment is on a lovely quiet street at the intersect of Ano Poli (upper city/old town) and the main part of the city so this was a perfect location for me. The bedroom has blackout type of blinds so very good for sleeping. It is a ground floor apartment that opens directly on to the street however the front door has reflective glass so during the day people cannot see into the apartment and there is also an electronic shutter so it is very safe. The fridge had water, a beer and greek wine for my arrival which was very nice! The monsoon (top) shower was not working during my stay which was unfortunate however there is a second shower head in the shower so it was not a big problem. There is a supermarket less than 5 mins walk from the apartment, Wifi is great and Kostas responds immediately to any queries which is really helpful. I would stay here again!

The stay in the apartment was really great! The space was super clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you might need for a stay. The location was great, quiet but at the same time close to the center of Thermi on foot. Vassilis was kind and willing to help with anything by solving any questions immediately. I will definitely prefer it again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

The place is amazing !! One of the best place I stayed in. The jaccuzi is very nice. Everything is decorated well and feels like home ! It is also very clean. The location is outside of the city center but by car very close to the city center. We loved the location. We loved everything about the stay

Beautiful little home

very comfortable space! you could easily have friends over. she supplied us with soaps, toilet paper, snacks, coffee, water bottles, a briki, anything we might need upon arrival. super cute space with comfy couches and comfy bed. host was very responsive, kind, and helpful while giving us lots of privacy! highly recommend. not disability accessible.

Ms. Despina is very warm and a wonderful host. She informed us about the area and gave us advice. The house was spotless, we had everything we needed. The private parking at Miss Despina's place was a great chance for us. The house is far from the center, but we easily reached the center in 25 minutes with urban buses, and the bus stops were very close to the house. If you are coming by car, parking a car in the center of Thessaloniki may be a problem. So I highly recommend this house. If we come to Thessaloniki again, we would definitely want to stay here.

Aikaterini was a very friendly and accommodating host! The house had everything we could need and more. It’s matched the pictures and was pretty spacious for 3-4 people.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The flat offers a beautiful view and is very clean, and the location is great. One thing to note is that it can be a bit noisy if you sleep on the sofa (there were some dance parties in the town), but the bedroom is much quieter. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful clean space in a very nice area quiet house I felt like I was in my own space , in the accommodation there were all the basics that our house has and this was the best !

This is a true home away from home! Everything, from Alkis's warm, supportive, and instructive manner to the location and the last item, is thought of wholeheartedly. I was surprised to find the place exceeded the description and photos. It is cozy, clean, and very well-equipped.

Everything was great for the needs of our stay in the city of Thessaloniki and specifically in Neapoli. The only negative is the lack of parking that is the great difficulty throughout the area.
