The apartment is located south of Isère Rhône, 2 km from the A7 highway. It is adjoining our house but completely independent. It is about 35 m2 on 2 levels. On the ground floor, the main room with kitchenette and living room is illuminated by a large glass roof overlooking the courtyard. At the back is the bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, a mezzanine with another double bed and the shower room/toilet. The environment is quiet and the pool is shared access.

We have created a completely independent space of 75 m2 for 4 to 6 people. In addition to the accommodation, you will have your private terrace, access to the children's playground, swimming pool (May to September), and swimming spa.

In the village, you will find an electric vehicle charging station (150 m) and a restaurant/grocery store (200 m) The accommodation is close to all amenities; train station and highway access.
